Location good
It was modern and clean and in a good location
It was a little confusing finding the main entrance but that could’ve just been us as we were tired!
Great location. Food excellent. Air condition a plus.
Club rooms a bit on the small side.
Parking close by that was free to use
Rooms were nice and spacious. Staff very friendly and helpful. Lovely view
we enjoyed a cool drink on the terrace in the evening and the sea breezes in the morning as we sat outside for breakfast as well.
We received repeated invitations to check in before arrival but the website did not work to let us do this.
The check in staff member, Rachael was exceptionally helpful and kind.
Lack of basic vegan breakfast options, e.g. pastries or scrambled tofu and vegan bacon or sausage would have been appreciated.

Location and view out of our bedroom balcony. Car park location and procedure excellent. Friendly and helpful receptionist (female - didn’t get her name).
Our room felt like a student’s dormitory.
The decor was weird, the shelving system was strange and in general it was VERY small.
The wardrobe was also VERY small and had a fridge in it (which was strange) so unable to hang up any clothes properly.
Iron but no ironing board so had to use the floor!
The shower tray filled up with water and didn’t drain very quickly so felt like it could overflow onto the floor at any time (although it didn’t).
We had a couple of cocktails in the bar and got charged 12.5% service which I paid but STRONGLY object to - it was more expensive than our evening meal in the Mediterranean restaurant downstairs!
Car park long walk from hotel badly signposted this is not a 4 star hotel it is a conference hotel all the public rooms taken up by conferences and very noisy during day the food was Japanese only so couldn’t eat our evening meal in the restaurant if we wished as no English food B breakfast poor no cold cuts or cheese only sliced bread available one day no plain Greek yoghurt when asked for some was told none left Bedrooms only geared for one or two night stay as hardly any space for hanging clothes This is a conference hotel not a relaxing hotel

Great hotel for a stopover in Brighton. A bit far from the main centre, about half an hour walk, but that was fine for us. Taxi ride was only five minutes.
Nice rooms although not keen on the decor ( black and grey) it makes the rooms dark and not very cosy. But still, the rooms were clean and a good size. Bathroom was lovely and a good size.
The hotel decor was a bit dark, and it made the rooms feel smaller than they were.
The hanging space for clothes was minimal.
