When traveling with a dog, please note that an extra charge of £25 for 1 dog or £40 for maximum 2 dogs, per night applies, please notify the hotel in advance. Dogs are allowed in designated guest rooms-unfortunately our Suites can't accommodate dogs- kindly note dogs cannot be left unattended in the rooms.
When booking 6 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements will apply. The Breakfast inclusive rates include a Full-cooked breakfast and Dinner inclusive rates includes 2 courses from our Seasonal A’ la Carte menu and a side dish.
Supplements apply to certain items. Inclusions only apply for adults. Children’s Breakfast is not included in the advertised rates and the charges are as follows directly to the hotel: 0-4 years old – Breakfast Complimentary/5- 11 years old – Breakfast charged at 50% full price/ 12 and over breakfast charged at full adult price. Kids Dinner Menu also available.
Please note that extra beds and cots must be confirmed with the hotel prior to arrival, customers will be required to settle children's extra bed charges (GBP 30 per night) directly with the hotel.
There is free parking at the Marina multi-story car park (BN2 5WA), which is only 3 minutes away from the hotel on foot. This is owned and operated by Brighton Marina. You won't need a ticket and please ignore the 4 hour max. stay signs, as this no longer applies. If you park on level 6 there is a foot bridge leading on to the boardwalk, which will provide easy access to the hotel. If you are staying with us over the weekend, please do not park on level 8 & 9 due to Sunday car boot sale.

Good location, nice bar area and the shower was great.
The feathered pillows and duvet, these were uncomfortable and not great with allergies.
The room ok, the glasses at the side of the bed were full of dust so assumed these hadn’t been cleaned or changed in a while.
The bench seat at the foot of the bed was full of questionable white stains which was un pleasant.
The rooms are ok, very small and nowhere really to put a suitcase.
The hotel is quite pricey for the quality.

A dog was allowed to roam around in the bar area I think it should be on a lead… outside signage to find the entrance would be helpful.

Excellent location at Brighton Marina. Free to park in the multi storey car park which is next to the hotel. The room and en-suite was clean, well stocked, and the bed comfortable. We were happy with our stay and would definitely stay there again. Reception staff were friendly and helpful.

Location was poor had to get an uber everywhere, my mattress was stained (will attach photo) only noticed of the day of check out I did raise it with reception and they just went oh well. No sauces at breakfast.

Attractive design, good location by the marina, and seafront nice environment being developed there, with a good choice of eateries nearby.
Loved the ease of parking, free for the whole stay, no faffing with number recognition etc.
The receptionists were all lovely and helpful, and the sweeties on the reception were a nice touch, especially the rhubarb and custard.
Hard to find the entrance from the marina, between 2 restaurants and through a tunnel, could be better indicated.
It was further to Brighton centre than we thought it would be, but that’s probs on me.
The staff where very helpful and polite, the rooms very clean, We brought 2 x dogs and they loved there beds and treats.
On the Saturday morning when we went down for breakfast the young man waiting on us was so friendly and considerate brought water and sausages for the dogs and also fetched a tray to make it easy to carry things back to our table.
The bed was very very hard, and having a bad back didn't sleep much. When we return we will try a bigger bed hopefully will get a better sleep.
The breakfast room was more organised and run better on the Saturday than on the Sunday morning.
Fantastic location, right on the marina within comfortable walking (or bus) distance from the beach and the city. Great, friendly staff, who were always willing to answer questions and help out.
