The view of the Marina is nice.
The carpet seemed a little bit old. Some areas just seemed very worn. The bathrooms had small areas that were just not very clean. The first room I stayed in the shower wouldn’t drain properly so I had to move rooms. The shakshukaia no longer on the menu which was disappointing because I liked the breakfast there last time.
Nice location, great breakfast, friendly staff
Nothing, it was great
Staff were very helpful on arrival.
The room was tidy but not spotless.
Unfortunately the hotel was short staffed so I was unable to eat at the Hotel. I appreciate this was after 9 however, I would have thought a 4* hotel could have offered something like a bag of crisps/ nuts or even the tub of ice cream that was on the menu.
We stayed here to meet up with friends who had sailed to Brighton and were staying in the marina. We were able to check-in early for no extra charge and parking was free in the multi-storey.
Our room was clean and comfortable and staff polite and friendly. We appreciated the fresh water kept in the fridge in our room and the fact that we could request fresh milk. Toiletries were plentiful and towels were generous. Our bed was extremely comfortable!
This was such a convenient base to explore Brighton, in our case to visit the Fringe, buses stopped close to the hotel every 10 minutes and cost £6 for a return.
There was nothing we didn't like about this hotel. Breakfasts were charged at £23 per person which seemed expensive and wasn't justified for our light requirements. We opted for a small breakfast with unlimited coffee at the nearby Weatherspoons.
Small room, clean. Charged me £25 extra for the dog and didn’t provide anything for the dog not even a bowl of water
Small room, nothing in the fridge , nothing in the bath
Absolutely everything, all the staff were very friendly . Our room was spacious and very clean , I really liked the design too . We will definitely be go g back .
I’ve liked everything

LOVELY HOTEL GREAT LOCATION
Newly refurbished so very clean and modern rooms and the general look of the hotel. Great location at the marina with free parking.
For the money paid I thought the rooms were quite basic. It was hard to find the entrance to hotel from the car park/marina side.
Quieter end of Brighton. Great views. Very good links to centre by regular buses. Great breakfast. Comfy room.
The signage to the hotel entry could be better.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Air conditioning didn't work. There was rubbish under the bed.
Room was cold.
Heater did not work, neither did Chromecast.
We were then given an upgraded room which was perfect.
Cold room.
Chromecast not working.
Beautiful view & location, clean hotel with well equipped rooms.
The food at the restaurant was disappointing.
Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Beds were comfortable with good linens and quilts. The surrounding area was pretty and had a nice walk along the marina in the evening .
Decor of room wasn't to my taste (too dark). Small window made the room feel cramped. Very few choices for dining. A bit of a hike to parking and to the main part of town (but good bus service).
Love the hotel and the staff really go out of their way to accommodate your needs the bar and restaurant is perfect and the stunning marina location is wonderful .the rooms are comfortable and clean
There is nothing to dislike
The suite and bar overlooking the marina
Location, good service
They tried to enforce a £4 “tray charge” to bring food to my room, which would then have had a 12% service charge applied.
Fortunately they saw the error of their ways and changed it. Left a bad taste on an otherwise faultless overnight stay
