When traveling with a dog, please note that an extra charge of £25 for 1 dog or £40 for maximum 2 dogs, per night applies, please notify the hotel in advance. Dogs are allowed in designated guest rooms-unfortunately our Suites can't accommodate dogs- kindly note dogs cannot be left unattended in the rooms.
When booking 6 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements will apply. The Breakfast inclusive rates include a Full-cooked breakfast and Dinner inclusive rates includes 2 courses from our Seasonal A’ la Carte menu and a side dish.
Supplements apply to certain items. Inclusions only apply for adults. Children’s Breakfast is not included in the advertised rates and the charges are as follows directly to the hotel: 0-4 years old – Breakfast Complimentary/5- 11 years old – Breakfast charged at 50% full price/ 12 and over breakfast charged at full adult price. Kids Dinner Menu also available.
Please note that extra beds and cots must be confirmed with the hotel prior to arrival, customers will be required to settle children's extra bed charges (GBP 30 per night) directly with the hotel.
There is free parking at the Marina multi-story car park (BN2 5WA), which is only 3 minutes away from the hotel on foot. This is owned and operated by Brighton Marina. You won't need a ticket and please ignore the 4 hour max. stay signs, as this no longer applies. If you park on level 6 there is a foot bridge leading on to the boardwalk, which will provide easy access to the hotel. If you are staying with us over the weekend, please do not park on level 8 & 9 due to Sunday car boot sale.

Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

We visited Malmaison for lunch on 01 March 2026.The restaurant was warm friendly and welcoming .Our server Bella was very kind to our family and really efficient in resolving a booking issue .The meal was piping hot ,beautifully cooked and servings were generous . The atmosphere was very calm and relaxing .Will definitely be returning and would highly recommend.
The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
As a first-time visitor, it was a bit difficult to find the exact entrance of the hotel.

My wife found the Bathroom lighting poor. There was no make -up mirror. Room was cold & took a long time to warm up. The wooden floor was badly scratched. Why not have carpet?
Hotel communication was great. Clear instructions on where to park ect. Room had a great view and the bed was comfy. The bar was great and the free cocktail with breakfast purchase was a nice touch. The balcony was also lovely.
The room was a little dated and was in need of a refresh. I used the iron and it was vey dusty.

The hotel is wheelchair accessible. The room includes a kettle, iron, and ironing board, as well as a mini-fridge with a bottle of water. The rooms are clean. There's a restaurant on site. Everything is excellent.
