When traveling with a dog, please note that an extra charge of £25 for 1 dog or £40 for maximum 2 dogs, per night applies, please notify the hotel in advance. Dogs are allowed in designated guest rooms-unfortunately our Suites can't accommodate dogs- kindly note dogs cannot be left unattended in the rooms.
When booking 6 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements will apply. The Breakfast inclusive rates include a Full-cooked breakfast and Dinner inclusive rates includes 2 courses from our Seasonal A’ la Carte menu and a side dish.
Supplements apply to certain items. Inclusions only apply for adults. Children’s Breakfast is not included in the advertised rates and the charges are as follows directly to the hotel: 0-4 years old – Breakfast Complimentary/5- 11 years old – Breakfast charged at 50% full price/ 12 and over breakfast charged at full adult price. Kids Dinner Menu also available.
Please note that extra beds and cots must be confirmed with the hotel prior to arrival, customers will be required to settle children's extra bed charges (GBP 30 per night) directly with the hotel.
There is free parking at the Marina multi-story car park (BN2 5WA), which is only 3 minutes away from the hotel on foot. This is owned and operated by Brighton Marina. You won't need a ticket and please ignore the 4 hour max. stay signs, as this no longer applies. If you park on level 6 there is a foot bridge leading on to the boardwalk, which will provide easy access to the hotel. If you are staying with us over the weekend, please do not park on level 8 & 9 due to Sunday car boot sale.

Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

Rooms are getting a little tired around the edges and I am never keen on having connecting doors in my room.
Location good for Royal Sussex hospital with good local bus service. Had a club room with comfortable superking size bed , coffee/tea making facilities ,fridge and bathrobes and slippers. Instead of having room made up we had free drinks. Bar felt very inviting and cosy. Felt safe with plenty of nearby eating places to choose from.

The hotel was gorgeous and perfect for a one night stay. Staff were great. Free Parking was a bonus! The hotel bar was gorgeous and not too badly priced. They let us store our bags after check out as well which was very helpful.
Location wise it is a bus ride away from the main part of Brighton but the marina is a nice enough area. Not much to do if kids are involved though. Definitely an adult area of town with lots of restaurants and probably one of the nicer Wetherspoons I have ever been in. On a hot summer day, this area would make you feel like you were abroad somewhere.
Would love to have had breakfast with the hotel stay but at an additional £24 per person, we gave it a miss and went to the Wetherspoons which was a 5min walk from the hotel. Also not a problem for us but it is a dog friendly hotel which may put some off.

Staff are excellent - welcomimg, knowledgeable and friendly. The room was spacious, comfrtabale bed - amazing view. The breakfast was OK. Location perfect.
The room and hotel felt grubby; it needs a good clean. For example, the inside of the lift doors were filthy, the bin in our room was dirty, a glass panel under the TV had handprints and smears, and the chair in our room was stained. The place needs a good clean.
The breakfast was OK, but the staff were not great—they avoided eye contact when we tried to order. The black pudding was undercooked. When requested cooked, we promptly got new microwaved (molten hot) black pudding. There was no marmalade (staff didn't know what marmalade was and offered raspberry jam!).
Lovely and comfortable modern surroundings light and airy. Special shout out to Connor very professional courteous excellent manager also thank you Thea for your friendly welcome and excellent interpersonal skills also thank you to Megan thank you for your friendly conversation and you’re genuine interest in your customers.

This was a last minute one night get away. Firstly there is free parking, but you have to contact the hotel to find it as the info is not on the booking site. Once parked it's a short walk along the boardwalk to the hotel. Once inside it gives off a very relaxed and welcoming vibe. Staff were very pleasant and answered all questions. The room was clean and tidy, bed was very comfortable, we had a great night sleep. We had breakfast in the restaurant overlooking the marina. There was continental and cooked options and there was plenty of it. It will be a place that we will revisit when the weather improves as it would be nice to sit out on the deck and enjoy the views with a cold one 😀
