We stayed for three nights but wish had more time!
Pros:

Generous room and nice service. Very good food from different hotel-restaurants. Good facilities for family like the pool and a beautiful garden.

Cons:

The pool opens for public which makes it less quiet. The children’s playing room can need an upgrade. It’s too warm for three people to share one big quilt. Better offering three small single quilts.

Pros:

Like a grand lady, the Pan Pacific in Suzhou is a classical hotel for Chinese tradition Suzhou style. Right next to a panoramic view, widespread breakfast options, recognisable brand in suzhou, pan pacific Suzhou checks all the boxes if you like an all in one Suzhou experience. During off peak hours 2-6pm, the restaurants are closed but that’s when the round the corner award-winning noodle store is it. Rooms are comfortable, somewhat dated but it goes with the traditional Chinese style of the hotel. Has 2 pools - one indoor and one outdoors and beautiful gardens and little nooks to amble in.

Wunderbare Lage
Pros:

Die Lage praktisch direkt am See ist perfekt. Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und ein Frühstück mit allem, war man sich wünschen könnte.
Die Zimmer sind sehr grosszügig und Geschmackvoll eingerichtet.

Located in the heart of Suzhou old town which is a great location. hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful, the room was large and clean. surrounded by beautiful classical Suzhou Gardens architecture, AAAA Tourist Attractions Panmen scenic area is included in the hotel stay.

This hotel is a magical experience - blending top five star quality and luxury with Suzhou culture and beauty. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Suzhou and/or areas close (like Shanghai).
