Excellent! This will be our one and only choice every time we visit Suzhou!
Pros:

The park setting and ambience are simply exceptional! We truly loved, loved the fact that the PanMen Scenic Spot is literally in our backyard! Attached 2 photos of the PanMen for your viewing pleasure. The restaurants are also simply outstanding

Very comfortable, excellent stay. The Chinese restaurant served really good stuffs too
Pros:

Overall it’s good. Breakfast should have more varieties. Rooms are big.

Cons:

Personal preference, the bed was too soft for me and causes me to have backaches. Also there’s no tissues papers available in the whole room. Should also have more rubbish bin.

Beautiful setting, beautiful hotel and lots to do
Pros:

The hotel is a little way out so need to travel by car however its setting is divine with easy access to the Panmen Scenic parklands- incredible. Worth visiting at night as it is so beautiful with the temple and pagoda lit up. Taking the panoramic scenic canal cruise was well so good- amazing water ways, culture and history. The live performances of traditional music, song and dance were amazing.The hotel is huge so lots to explore. The bonus was the self service laundry.

Cons:

We had some difficulty in communicating with staff at the concierge desk and while we were using translation they really found it hard to help us. So not as easy to navigate.

Smell of cigarettes
Pros:

The hotel itself is very good. It has great breakfast and offers access to very beautiful gardens.

Cons:

But the rooms and the hallways are full of cigarette smoke. We got our room that was super smelly of cigarettes and we asked at the reception to change it since we booked a non smoking room, they changed it ,it was a little bit better ,but we still couldn't sleep because every time we turn we were walking up because of the terrible smell of cigarettes , disgusting...

The room was exceptionally spacious and clean. Bed was exceptionally comfortable. A shout out to Wang Lu at the front office for helping us place an order through Meituan. She offered to use her personal phone when she realized we didn't have a local number. We arrived late on the first night and rushed to Hai Tien Lo for dinner just before they called it a day. Delicious food. We loved the self service laundry room that had 6 washers and 6 dryers. The garden next to the hotel was beautiful and instagram-worthy!
There were several noodles shops and a grocery cum snack shop just across the road. Cross with care.

Cons:

We got lost a few times.

Nice experience but more to work on security and experience at pool.
Pros:

The hotel itself is inside a heritage attraction. There is a 20-30min introduction of the surrounding and also recommendation of sightseeing spots nearby hotel and within Suzhou ancient spots. Just that they used the word TOUR so was quite misleading as I thought it will be a walking tour around the hotel. The introduction was 10.30am and 3pm daily.

Cons:

The swimming pool was not the kind of leisure friendly. It was mainly used for swim classes and it was not fun at all.
The hotel itself doesn't have strong security as basically anyone can walk thru the hotel and even follow until the room corridor. Hopefully they have a way to make the hotel more secured. The breakfast venue ventilator was not that good as the whole restaurant has very strong oily deep fried smell.
