Het verblijf was super en ik zou er met gemak twee/drie weken kunnen verblijven.
Pros:

Nog nimmer in zo"n prachtig hotel geslapen. In chinese stijl gebouwd met binnentuin , zwembad, ruim opgezet en dan het Pan Men Area park. Outstanding. Vriendelijk personeel, Zeer goed ontbijt in een mooie setting, 1 zeer goed restaurant ( Hai Tin Lo)

Het italiaans restaurant. Ik heb nog nooit zo slecht italiaans gegeten. Zo'n kok zou bij mij de volgende dag niet meer werken. Pasta met kreeft pfff, weet niet waar die kreeft vandaan kwam, was in elk geval niet topvers, de pasta wel al dente maar was volstrekt smaakloos , de ravioli ....tja , misschien eens een bezoekje brengen aan Italie om te leren hoe ravioli er uit ziet en hoe het gemaakt moet worden. En dan nog te bedenken dat de rekening veruit het hoogste was van alle drie de restaurants. Bij restaurant Hai Tien Lo loopt een manager rond die vooral met zijn telefoon bezig is i.p.v. met zijn gasten. Kennelijk heeft hij niet geleerd dat het de gasten zijn die zijn salaris betalen, behalve als het jonge dames zijn....Het eten wat uit de keuken komt is zeer goed. Maar aan de voorkant moet het in het restaurant ook kloppen. Jullie zijn een 5-star hotel en dan verwachten gasten dat alles tot in de puntjes verzorgd is, ook het personeel.

Un havre de paix au cœur de la ville
Pros:

Le calme de l’hôtel et ses jardins. La chambre et sa vue sur la nature. Le petit déjeuner incroyable et très varié. Si je devais revenir c’est ici que je resterai.

Pros:

My wife got injured and fractured her ankle. The hotel provided wheelchair which we could borrow for free by paying a deposit which was returned to us when we returned the wheelchair.
The staff was helpful to help to bring our luggage to the lobby as I needed to push the wheelchair.

The design of the hotel was beautifu. We chose the hotel for their unique design and beautiful garden.

Cons:

I was bitten by insects in the back on the bed during the last night of my stay Not sure if it was bedbugs.

My wife was on chairwheel. Certain parts of the hotel is not wheelchair friendly.

Our stay was too short. Might consider a longer stay next time just to soak up the vibes

This property is majestic. We chose the 1 bedroom suite that was so well laid out. Super comfy bed. Breakfast selection was great with good selection. Access to the Panmen scenic area was a bonus.
