Quality hotel, friendly staff, amazing stay!
Pros:

The hotel is clean and well-furbished, living up to Pan Pac’s standard! Beds are comfortable and staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Amenities are provided and water pressure from the shower is splendid! The hotel is huge with lots of facilities - there is even a garden within the property that is free for hotel guests to patronise. Apparently, Pan Pac Suzhou’s garden is one of the tourist attractions in Suzhou. We were in luck…! ☺️

Hotel aside, there is a convenience store and bakery selling yummy bread that is 5 mins walking distance from the hotel.

Cons:

Would have been great if there was a bidet. Nonetheless, this did not affect our stay (:

Espectacular, volveria 100%
Pros:

Las instalaciones te dejaban con la boca abierta, era como volver en el tiempo, los jardines estan perfectamente conservados como cualquier pueblo de drama de epoca. Las camas son lo que le sigue de comodas, no se escucha ningun ruido, la cafeteria para tomar el desayuno era preciosa con una vista sin comparación y el buffet delicioso con mucha variedad, ademas el personal muy respetuoso y amable.

Cons:

No pudiera hablar de nada que no me gustó, la unica area que podria ser mejor es tener mas control de la temperatura en la habitación para las personas que nos gusta un poco mas frio en la habitación, sin embargo esto creo que es algo muy comun en diferentes paises del este asiatico.

Old, non-guest friendly, overcrowded and over rated.
Cons:

Pictures are deceiving. I booked a room with garden view and paid extra for the view. According to the pictures during booking I should have a similar view with the pictures. But instead, I received a room looking towards inner courtyard towards other rooms and I was told to “look down to see the view, because the garden is downstairs!!… and I can’t see the view because it’s dark outside”!!. You need to wait 15-20 minutes before you can get seated. They even don’t allow you in the breakfast area. The e rooms are worn out.

Pros:

The hotel was next to a Garden which we could access free of charge. There was a restaurant that served excellent noodles on the premises. Location was quite central with easy access by taxi to most tourist spots.

Sehr schöne elegante, weitläufige Anlage und schönes Hotel.

Die Mitarbeiter waren teilweise Unaufmerksamkeit und nicht besonders höflich.

A romantic Suzou style vacation
Pros:

This is a beautiful hotel, sitting on a historical site. The hotel itself is a traditional Chinese manor, with a gorgeous Suzou style garden. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Especially Roger and Mia at the concierge team. Housekeeping staff were also outstanding. Working hard to keep our room perfect everyday. The hotel breakfast was also a bargain at $68 Yuen per person. My stay at the Wu Gon Pan Pacific hotel was a memorable experience. I will definitely recommend it.
