Θα μπορούσε να ήταν καλυπτερη υπό συνθήκες.

Η θέση του, οι μεγάλοι κοινόχρηστοι χώροι, το spa

Cons:

το πρωινό και το βασικότερο το προσωπικό της ρεσεψιόν και της πόρτας.
Στη ρεσεψιόν ήταν από αδιάφοροι έως αγενείς!!!
Στην πόρτα δεν εξυπηρετούσαν με ταξί, και πετύχαμε και μέρες με βροχή οπίτε πιο δύσκολο. Υπήρχε αυτοκινητάκι για τοτς πελάτες και τα πράγματα σαν golf cart αλλά δεν μας πήγαιναν, τα κουβαλήσαμε στα χέρια. Και την τελευταία μέρα που το ζητήσαμε επίμονα γιατί ήμασταν με πολλές μεγάλες βαλιτσες(κσι να σκεφτείτε ότι ήμασταν 6 γυναίκες πελάτες) , το έκαναν, τους δώσαμε tip μεγάλο και μας ζητιάνευαν επίμονα κι άλλα χρήματα έξω από το van. Φριχτοί!

Σς αντίθεση με τις καμαριέρες και όλα τα παιδιά του room service που ήταν εξαιρετικά. Χαμογελαστά, πρόθυμα, επαγγελματίες

Pros:

Hôtel magnifique, piscine roof top avec vue sur la Koutoubia. Chambre magnifique.
Personnel très accueillant

Cons:

Ce que bois avons pris pour l’apéritif n’était vraiment pas très bon. Nous n’avons pas essayé les différents restaurants.

Perfect location to explore the joys of the Medina in Marrakech.
Pros:

As you walked into the hotel there is a peaceful and confortable reception area, with lovely smells and a general feeling of calm away from the hustle and bustle of the Medina. Made you feel at home. The hotel has a lovely courtyard with pool and several restaurants which are all very good. It has a very traditional flavour to it and just a stones throw away from the main Media square of Jeema el Fnaa.

Cons:

I guess coming from a country where smoking is banned inside restaurants and bars, I guess this is the only criticism as smoking is allowed in inside areas.

Super Hotel in zentraler Lage!
Pros:

Es war alles top! Angenehmes Personal, sehr saubere, geräumige Zimmer, gepflegte Hotelanlage, zentrale Lage, sehr reichhaltiges Frühstück, 3 Restaurants, 2 Pools, Rooftop-Bar - wir würden es wieder buchen.
