Extraordinary reception staff
Pros:

We could not believe how incredible receptionist LATIF was! He upgraded us to the most incredible suite! All staff were phenomenal and the rose petals sprinkled everywhere were an extraordinary romantic touch!

Отличное расположение, хороший завтрак, не очень разнообразно, но качественно. Очень зелено и уютно на территории, номер просторный, красивый, был украшен цветами к нашему приезду, мило и приятно.

Cons:

Сервис не соответствует 5 звездам. Недаром звездочки, висящие на стенах, почти отваливаются. На входе не встречают, багаж не забирают ни на входе, ни при сопровождении в номер. При заселении стояла у стойки с несколькими сотрудниками минут 5 , при этом никого из туристов не было, на нас просто не обращали внимания демонстративно. Спа дороговат, вероятно поэтому пустой. В номере нет кофемашины, для 5 звезд это недопустимо. На завтраке кофе невкусный. В общем, незабываемых впечатлений отель не оставил.

La pisicne est top et te staff très sympas. La chambre était grande, mais un peu obsolète, surtout pour un 5 étoiles. L'équipement est obsolète.

Beaucoup trop cher au vue de la qualité du lieux et des infra un peu désuètes. le petit déjeuner à 21 euros par personne est clairement trop cher à mon gout, surtout comparé aux options hors hotel, qui étaient de meilleures qualité et moins cher (meilleur rapport qualité prix). Les déjeuners étaient basiques, et chers.
