Beautiful, great location, comfortable sweet, great downstairs pools, serves alcohol and lots of restaurants

You can’t drink the water. We got 1 litre a day from the hotel.. but needed to pay for more, it wasn’t enough for drinking and brushing teeth etc. I spent a lot, breakfast wasn’t included…so we paid for it on a couple of occasions.. it’s not worth it.. they need to upgrade the egg station so that they can do poached eggs, proper omelettes etc. I got locked in the downstairs toilets by the swimming pool. Take a phone in with you.

The hotel is in a great location very close to the medina, with delicious dinner and breakfast offerings. The property itself is beautiful, featuring a lovely pool, elegant garden and lobby design, as well as a beautiful restaurant. The massage experience is so relax and enjoying.

Cons:

However, we felt the overall service from some staff members could have been warmer and more genuine, as at times it seemed like assistance was expected to be rewarded with tips in return. In addition, for a luxury hotel, the absence of hair conditioner was a small but noticeable detail.

Great quiet oasis right next to the madness of the medina. Staff all great. Two pools and a rooftop bar. Bathroom massive.
Bed really comfy (and im fussy)

Fantastic hotel in the middle of everything
Pros:

The staff were excellent and very friendly. it wouldn't be fair to single staff member out.
the breakfast was fresh and with a wide range of items. enough for anyone's fancies.
