Beautiful property in the heart of the Medina!
Pros:

This property is a gem in the Medina. You need a luggage cart (see pictures) to get about a 3 min walk to the front door, but it is totally worth it!!! Three pools and three restaurants. The rooftop was my favorite!

Cons:

I wished I was aware that cars could not get to the front door- but after 3 days, I would stay here again, no problem!

Beautiful central hotel with great staff and amenities

Fantastic hotel in great, central location. With spa and 3 pools, restaurants and a piano bar. Staff were exceptional particularly Latif on reception who booked our cooking experience , guided tour of the Souk and generally looked after us

Séjour agréable, l'accueil est chaleureux et l'hôtel très bien situé.
Pros:

Les deux piscines sont très agréables et calmes. Un joli coin de calme et de verdure à deux pas de la place animée de la Koutoubia et des souks.

Cons:

Notre chambre n'était pas très grande et elle était située au premier étage sur une rue assez animée (on a pas pu ouvrir les fenêtre à cause du bruit et des odeurs de nourriture juste en dessous). Privilégiez une chambre avec vue sur la piscine. Le petit déjeuner est bon mais trop cher.

A perfect place to stay made even better by the fantastic staff.
Pros:

The staff were amazing! Helpful, friendly, courteous, and remembered my name every day. The location was perfect for us - just on the edge of the medina - and the facilities were beautiful.

Definitiv kein 5-Sterne Feeling
Pros:

Tolle, alte Struktur des Hotels und die beiden Pools. Die Lage zur Medina.

Cons:

Sehr abgewohnt und in die Jahre gekommen. Die fast durchgehend guten Rezensionen sind mir unverständlich. Die alten Teppiche wirken unhygienisch und die Zimmer sind generell abgelebt. Fenster waren alt und undicht. Freundlichkeit des Personals ist beschränkt.
