Cheap but not cheerful. Dated and dirty.
Pros:

Disgusting carpet, dated decor and furniture. Flickering bathroom light. No bedside lamp, or lamp of any kind so only option was very bright lighting or off! When I asked reception if they had a lamp available his suggestion was to turn the lights off. The whole place just has a very weird feel to it. Shame because the building is beautiful but everything is tired, dated and badly delivered. It has no bar facilities.

Cons:

Dated. Disgusting carpet. Unhelpful reception. Even though it was cheap I still expect a lot more! Felt like a motel, and would not return.

Its was a nice place from the out side

Cons:

In side the room the bed was not good you could feel the springs in the mattress so we did not sleep well no kettel in room and the bathroom was full of mold and no bath plug fir bath

Pros:

It was a convince for us to stop the night at the hotel as we were attending a function.
Very nice hotel from the outside, but it needs a complete renovation.
Sad to see such a beautiful, stately home been run down to the ground.

Cons:

It's very old and worn out. Towels were a grey colour .
Had to request a kettle and extra mug.
Definitely needs a complete revamp.

Absolutely terrible. It didn’t warrant the price I paid and would never stay there again

The property did not look anything like the pictures on your website. It definitely is not 4 stars. The property hasn’t been refurbished in decades, dirty rooms that hadn’t been cleaned properly. Other guests smoking in rooms, very noisy and although the staff were friendly they were very unhelpful.

Hotel should be shut down, it’s disgraceful. Dirty, mold everywhere, stained headboards and carpet, hairs in the bed. Disgusting.

Absolutely disgusting bathroom, rats floating out of plug hole whilst brushing teeth, shower filthy and didn’t bother to shower as I felt I’d get dirtier, and bog brush full of shit. Other room had ants in it! They advertise they do breakfast 8-10 but they do not offer it at all! Overall dirty place will never return, look elsewhere.

Don't waste your money
Pros:

A few members of reception team tried but hands are tied with excuses

Cons:

Cleanliness was terrible, shower un usable ,sink a mess ,damp underneath smelt, furniture chipped and linen cheap ,pillows old, superior room ? 1 cu 1 glass no kettle ,took 36 hours for kettle and remote for tv, noise from weddings on both night of stay till 4 am was told not connected to them but carpark and hallway were noise was is, room with garden view ? Rubbish and a trolley, so over valued not worth £80 for 2 nights never mind £188 ,which i was also overcharged on arrival but young man did sort fo me next morning, I can not recommend staying here only staying away, complaint put in to booking.com as feel robbed

Pros:

The hotels location is really lovely, the local area is friendly and the high street isn't far at all. A majority of the staff were really friendly.

Cons:

On young man working the front desk was not professional at all I believe he was training however the was never anyone with him and he could be rude at times.

Pros:

Good location and very friendly staff. Good to visit Windsor and early flight from Heathrow the next day.

A bit noisy. There are often weddings on. But all done by 11 Pm

Wouldn’t reccommend even for a short stay

Cons:

Paid an early check in fee which sharing between 2 people was more than the room, hairs on the ‘freshly’ new bed and towels. No work surface to place items, just a small table and chair to put things on.
