Beautiful place will go back!
Pros:

It serves food and drinks.

The bed wasn't as comfortable as Solomons inn, the TV only had select app options, the pillows weren't that comfortable 2 pillows felt like 1.

Place was nice staff behavior was inappropriate
Pros:

The room was nice, the hotel had nice amenities and the bed was comfortable

Cons:

My issue was with staff. I was woken up at 1230am by an employee stating my work was trying to get ahold of me. My room was paid for privately by me, not by my employer so this should not have happened. She had no way of knowing if this information was even accurate. I deserved my privacy and this did not happen.

Did. Not eat breakfast

Cons:

Every was nice and the cleaning lady Jessica kept my room clean and made sure coffee and tea was refilled. My stay was very nice.

Convenient Hotel Location
Pros:

There is a parking fee that was not shared prior to booking. The parking lot is open spaced and not even secured. The buffet breakfast was ok. The staff were nice.

Phenomenal staff and even better location!
Pros:

Victor and Dani are always super welcoming and have given me phenomenal customer service every stay. One of the best locations in the area tbh. Always relaxing and close to some spots for food (ruddy duck literally across the parking lot, no need to drive) Would highly recommend and already have recommended to others for business and personal stay! Thank you!

Great place. No regrets whatsoever.
Pros:

Place was awesome for the xmas season. Sant Clause showed up for pictures for kids great staff and nice rooms.

Cons:

Little pricey for mediocre food when you can go down the street and have a meal for same price. Nicely put together however.

Cons:

Water pressure not that good. Pillows uncomfortable and the fact you have to pay $18 for breakfast👀 that was a surprise. You already paying $200-$300 for your stay, breakfast should be included. $18 for eggs, links & potatoes? No waffle station, no pastries or danish. I get a cheaper breakfast at IHOP and more for my money..

If I wanted to bring my fur babies, the pet fees are crazy. Like other hotels it should be just one set fee, not per pet. $75 period with 2 pet limit. Hyatt does $100 pet fee for your entire stay. LaQuinta $50 entire stay (2 limit)

Extra $50 for incidentals... I enjoy Hilton but all the extra fees when you already paying extra for your stay is a bit much.

Not great despite having friendly staff
Pros:

Overall, not the worst stay, but not great either. It was clean and the staff was friendly, but the overall value of the stay was pretty low. We likely won't stay here again and I wouldn't recommend it to others.

Pros
- staff (cook at breakfast and front-desk) were both friendly and helpful
- hotel and room were pretty clean and well decorated; clearly renovated recently
- convenient location to Annmarie Sculpture Garden & Arts Center -- you can easily walk there

Cons
- sound-proofing wasn't great; we could hear the guy in the next room coughing so I'm sure my kids annoyed him
- breakfast wasn't bad necessarily, but the French toast was $15 was lacking -- probably should have went to Starbucks up the road.
- not great value with Hilton Honors benefits -- the Daily Food and Beverage credit only applied to the Greek Yogurt or the kids meal; thankfully we have two kids, but warning to those that don't
- the "one bedroom suite" does NOT have a door separating the bed and couch areas (look at the pictures closely because I didn't)
