Ii believe my stay was 100 out of 10.
Pros:

We booked room like 30 min before we arrived. Hotel we booked over booked and we'll we got the shift. When we arrived the young lady got us right in. Even printed paperwork for our cruise. When we got to our room its was by for one of the best rooms I have had. Very spacious., super clean. Even had a welcoming sign on the TV. Now that was a first. I know for now on the only hotel when in Galveston I will be staying at is here.

I did not find anything wrong.

Pros:

Clean room and bathroom. Peaceful nights sleep. Staff lovely and breakfast was good. Something to suit everyone.

Cons:

We enjoyed our stay. The pet fee was a little high but I get it. I am happy she got to come along.

Great hotel, great price!
Pros:

Fantastic experience- started when we arrived early due to airline flight. Hannah greeted us and was so kind about us arriving early, let us leave our bags while we explored before a room became available. Room was clean, large, and breakfast was a full spread (try the red velvet waffles!) even had a printer next to breakfast to print our cruise bag tags. This hotel exceeded expectations
