I want a refund!!!
Pros:

When I’m cruising I like to stay here because it’s close to the ship and Walmart for last minute stuff.

Cons:

The staff don’t ask you if sleeping on a floor will a dog is my preference. I could NOT sleep because the dog barked all night and they didn’t have a room to change me to. Which caused me to be extremely exhausted the next day to go on my cruise. Management has my complaint and still have not refunded me half of my money back. They refunded my parking fee back. My car wasn’t the problem. Me not sleeping because of a dog was the issue so someone needs to refund my card back my money asap. Unprofessional service I called and I’m still waiting. Lady in front desk gave me the wrong email address as well.

Very comfortable and our dog was happy too!
Pros:

Breakfast was simple but hot and fresh. Plenty of choices. The hotel was conveniently located to the seawall and it was quiet. Our room as well as the property was clean and comfortable. They even had treats for our dog when we checked in!

Cons:

I really can't think of anything I didn't like. We only stayed one night and didn't have a lot of opportunity to fully explore the property.

Great convenience for a Galveston stay!!
Pros:

I absolutely enjoy this property. It is one of my favorite places to stay in Galveston. It is close to beach and it is also far enough away from the main crowds.
