How close it was to the beach.

Cons:

The room itself was filthy. Hair in the tub. Debri on the carpet. Stains that were able to be wiped away on the toilet. Asked the staff to clean the room and add extra towels. Only added 2 towels and did not clean the mess. This was upon checking in. Also the door to our room would not lock. That was found out after the fact of us checking in and leaving our belongings. Instead of a refund i was offered a tiny bottle of $6 wine that I declined.

Stayed here 2x. Both were okay, but may try a newer property somewhere else next time.
Pros:

The front desk people were very nice / kind, the hotel location was great, the room met my basic needs, and the FLOORS WERE CLEAN! Loved having a bar area in the room. And the "pantry" at the front desk is great to satisfy late night urges. :-)

Cons:

My room was not ready when I checked in at 3pm so had to wait a little bit. This usually wouldn't be an issue but I was running late for a commitment, and I really needed to drop off my stuff, so caused some unnecessary stress (especially when seeing others getting their rooms.) The shower floor seemed dirty but was probably just stained - still... ick. The one day of three (they only cleaned every other day of your stay), they straightened up the bathroom but didn't make the bed. Not that big of a deal. Just unusual. They were replacing the tile in the elevator entry in the parking area for 2 days making it difficult to get in and out of the elevators. Lastly, the smell of their cleaner / room deodorizer was very overwhelming and not pleasant.

Other than the pond being just a lure it was an ok stay the beds were comfortable
Pros:

Convince, parking is easy, staff was friendly

Cons:

The add describes a pond with a nice setting. The pond is across the street and not accessible to the public very disappointing. You should take that down it’s deceiving. I told my family about it and they took their fishing pole and were disappointed
