Someone’s hair in a shower and shower head isn’t comfortable to use.
Lovely Hotel right in the centre of Plymouth lovely staff Bit nosy mind was on the front of the hotel but very clean up to a good standard
Only downside,it was it was a bit noisy because we were staying on the main road but very good apart from that

Decent affordable hotel in a convenient location in central Plymouth. Staff were very friendly and gave me a free upgrade which was greatly appreciated. The room was very comfortable, clean and had all amenities you'd expect.
I stayed here a few weeks ago with my daughter so me and my partner came back and it’s great location it’s very clean staff are friendly.
Two things annoyed me which is we wanted to have tea in the evening so went to sit in the restaurant and got turned away as it’s only groups we had to then sit in the bar and we were surrendered by very noisy big group of lads watching the football which completely ruined our meal together. Not sure why only groups can eat in the restaurant I really think that’s wrong and shouldn’t be a thing!! Also went to book breakfast and the breakfast had gone up by £3 each from our last visit a month ago which is a shame as it’s a lovely breakfast but I’m not paying an extra £6 sadly! These things really put me off coming again which is a shame as it’s a great little hotel.
The staff were so nice I was with my 8 year old daughter and they were so nice to her it was very refreshing, as most places don't even bother to speak to the kids ...
Also we left my daughters fire stick in the tv in the room and when I went back they had it for me within minutes which was a massive thing for my autistic daughter that was so stressed we had left it ... the room was so comfortable with lots of teas and coffee to choose from,, I have stayed there before and will most definitely be staying there again,,
The only thing I would say is the fact there wasn't a gym for me to go to, apart from that it was brilliant
