Disappointed
Cons:

Kept up all night with banging and shouting, phoned reception they said they would resolve it and it was not.
Breakfast time my autistic son went in to an area cordoned off by accident the manager on for breakfast shouted so loud at him instead of being more tactful. He cried over his breakfast and was unable to enjoy it

Need of more supervision and support for the staff in the dining area.
Pros:

The room was lovely and clean. The staff were very nice.

Cons:

It was lovely the staff attending the tables were of special needs. However, there wasn’t supervision and the tables weren’t set for breakfasts and had the previous breakfast remains still there, the staff tried their best but without supervision it was a bit chaotic. We had to get our own cutlery etc. apart from all that it is a lovely hotel and the food was good.

We had a great time at the hotel and it met all our expectations.

Lovely hotel - central to town

Cons:

Unfortunately the restaurant was closed in the evening but we did get 15% off at the bar that served a limited menu.

Clean and comfortable

Cons:

The peculiar smell of air freshener at entrance was so strong and I personally didn't like it. Other customers also mentioned but we didn't mention to staff. Just suggestion use better.one

Pros:

Staff were lovely and accommodating room was clean. Lots of variety for breakfast

Cons:

Room was too small for a family room. 2 adults 2 children We were quite cramped ' pillows were rock hard too
