Pros:

Sauber und grosszügige Unterkunft perfekt gelegen am Flughafen Stuttgart

Cons:

Eigentlich alles ausser dass die Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert hat und dieses Wochenende dadurch sehr unerträglich wurde im Zimmer Personal hat alles gegeben. Leider hat Technik versagt.

Gut - trotz schwacher oder defekter Klimaanlage

Cons:

Klimaanlage ging nicht (richtig). Das sagte das Fräulein an der Rezeption bereits. Ich kam spät heim und merkte in der Nacht, dass es unangenehm war und der Schlaf nicht gut klappte. Eine Zimmeränderung lohnte sich nicht mehr. Auf meine Mail diesbezüglich bekam ich keine Rückmeldung. Für den Preis war es dann enttäuschend. Dennoch gebe ich ein „Gut“, 7 Punkte, weil das mal passieren kann und sonst alles sehr gut war. Dennoch bin ich enttäuscht, dass man mir nicht entgegen gekommen ist - nicht mal geantwortet hat! - und vielleicht eine Preisminderung oder einen Rabatt fürs nächste Mal angeboten hat.

Cons:

Obwohl bekannt war, dass die Klimaanlage nicht richtig funktioniert, wurden wir im 5. Stock einquartiert. Es war so heiß im Zimmer, dass wir kaum geschlafen haben.

Could have been great, But AC was not working!
Pros:

The biggest advantage of the Mövenpick Hotel Stuttgart Airport is its unbeatable location. It's only a one- to two-minute walk from the airport terminal, making it an excellent choice for travellers with early morning flights or late arrivals. The hotel itself appeared modern, spacious and well presented, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and professional throughout our interaction. When it became clear that the air conditioning wasn't functioning, they handled the situation very well and quickly arranged for us to be transferred to the nearby Mövenpick Hotel Stuttgart Messe & Congress. We also had a meal at the hotel, and the food was of a good standard.

Cons:

Unfortunately, during our stay the air conditioning in the hotel was not working, and the temperatures inside the building and rooms were extremely uncomfortable. As a result, we decided not to stay and accepted the hotel's offer to relocate us. While I appreciate that equipment failures can happen and commend the staff for how professionally they handled the situation, it did have a significant impact on our experience. Because we were transferred, I wasn't able to properly evaluate the room itself or many of the hotel's other facilities.

Alojamiento perfecto si necesitas estar al lado de aeropuerto. Llegamos en un vuelo a las 11 de la noche y aterrizar y llegar en un minuto andando fue estupendo. Hotel con unas instalaciones geniales. Habitación maravillosa y buen desayuno
