The staff was receptive to issues and remedied what they could.

During my recent stay from 03/09–03/11, my family and I had to temporarily relocate due to repairs being done at our home. When we arrived late in the evening, we were greeted by Mary and Lailani, who both provided outstanding customer service. They were extremely friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout the check-in process.

My 2-year-old son wasn’t in the best mood after a long day, but they went out of their way to comfort him with a small treat, which we truly appreciated.

The only reason I’m not giving a 5-star review is due to the cleanliness of our initial room. This had nothing to do with the staff, in fact, they are the reason my review isn’t lower. When I mentioned the issue the next morning, the front desk staff immediately switched us to a new room without hesitation.

Mary and Lailani also asked why I hadn’t come down the night before, and I explained that we were simply too tired. Based on the condition of the room (which I shared photos of), I do feel some form of compensation for that first night would have been appropriate. However, since the issue was resolved quickly and we were satisfied with the new room, I chose not to pursue it further.

This is truly a situation where the staff saved the experience. Mary and Lailani deserve recognition for their professionalism, care, and attentiveness. I also hope the cleanliness issue in that room has since been addressed before assigning it to another guest.

Great place to stay especially for people with dogs! They have a very clean and well kept property. Staff was very nice and accommodating, especially Vivian working the front desk in the evening! She is absolutly amazing, went above and beyond for us!

The staff were excellent - warm , kind, and welcoming. Vivian and Mary went above and beyond scrounging for change so that I could dry my son’s basketball uniform before his game. Mich much appreciated and an “A+” for hospitality!!

Vivian provided exceptional service at the front desk. She was friendly, efficient, and highly skilled, and she handled everything with professionalism and ease. What stood out most was her genuine attitude — you can truly tell she enjoys her job and takes pride in helping people. She made the experience smooth, welcoming, and pleasant from the moment I arrived. Vivian is a real asset to the team.

Lailani was amazing. She remembered my name every time I came to the front desk! Who does that anymore? Seriously, she was so competent and friendly. She made our stay extra nice. The rooms were great too, but I will be back because of the service I received. Thank you Lailani for a wonderful stay!

My stay was phenomenal. We had a slight issue with the batteries in the remote but the front desk ladies brought us up a new one quickly. Every time we passed by them they were so sweet and made good conversation. Thank you Vivian and Mary! Will definitely be coming back because of them!

Everything was good except it would be helpful if the bathroom had a vent: fan.
