Vivian is awesome!
Pros:

My family and I stayed at the Hampton Inn and suites. The hotel is beautiful. The beds are so comfy! Very clean! The best part about the whole experience was the customer service. Vivian at the front desk went above and beyond. We would stay here again and would recommend to others! Thank you for doing the awesome job you do!

Pros:

My friends and I went to Hampton inn for a candlelight for our close friend. We were greeted by Vivian and omg here energy is everything! Our hearts were heavy but meeting her she and her uplifting spirts made things alot for better for us. She checked on us during our stay and the hotel breaks fast was nice and hot and the hotel was clean and we had a great time Hampton has the perfect front desk agent for an amazing stay!

Received welcome text and a follow up text.

Cons:

Didn’t like the shower head. Tried different settings and the only one that we used sprayed water in many directions. Also, no shower towel mat for floor. Couldn’t even use a towel because there wasn’t any extras.

A decent stay, but I would look for a slightly nicer place next time.
Pros:

The staff at breakfast were very friendly and helpful. The pool was a nice place to sit in the morning. There were plenty of towels and pillows, the room was clean, the bed comfortable.

Cons:

The single-use plastic for the in-room coffee trays, plastic utensils and paper cups & plates at breakfast. Recycling bins at breakfast were marked but were clearly collecting mostly trash. Please improve your sustainability.
There were no instructions for getting on the wi-fi (these could be included in the "digital guide"). I called the front desk for guidance.
Our hall light fixture was missing its globe making the light extremely bright. It took us a few minutes to discover the closet behind the large mirror (this could be labeled). The window was hard to open and the black out curtains didn't completely cover the space, letting in cracks of light. The bath vanity and furniture were a little worn.
