modest but adequate !
Pros:

clean. close to beach and restaurants and shopping. Room was clean and nicely decorated. (modern and updated). They allowed me to check in early.

Cons:

no dimmable reading lights in rooms, property was spread out and a bit difficult to locate individual rooms, didn’t provide adequate info at checkin regarding use of beach chairs etc. No info inside of room about resort or area. Room keys are on arm bands and are not waterproof! check out time at 10am is ridiculous. Overpriced for what it is (during peak season)but still consistent with other properties in area - also over priced.

Siesta Key Stay
Pros:

Perfect location to walk to the beach, and all of the amenities. Restaurants, market, and more within a block or less. Beautiful resort with a pool and hot tub, lots of trees for shade and patio with a bench to sit. Complimentary use of beach chairs and bicycles and water bottles. The bed is comfortable. Its a decent size room and large bathroom/walk in shower. Great local decor.

We liked everything.

Clean hotel and wonderful location!
Pros:

It is a great location! Even though you’re right in the center of town we found it quite quiet. The walk to the fabulous beach is short.

Cons:

we know Florida has bugs but we really didn’t like seeing ants on the counter.

Had better but definitely had a whole lot worse!
Pros:

Room was very clean and up to date. Office staff very nice and helpfull

Cons:

Got there after dark ,not much lighting along the street made it a little hard to find room ( numbers).TV was mounted past the end of the bed on the wall beside the bed , needed a swivel mount. Did not have a regular one cup coffee maker.
