Location, breakfast was very good. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Not enough breakfast options. Broken waffle maker. I didn’t like that there was a map to the vending machine and there was no vending machine. I also didn’t like that my sheets would come off every night after sleeping like it would come off the mattress very easily.
The breakfast was impressive, lots of choices. I like how there was a pool and gym.
Some lower weight dumbbells such as 5 or 8 lb weights would have been helpful.

Room wasn't serviced on day it was suppose to be requiring us to empty trash and carry used towels down for exchange
breakfast was ok. Sausage was not edible and weird looking, grey. The rest was basic and expected.

Location is terrible. Staff seemed rather helpless. I had to pay extra to get a room with AC! ? At $300/night I was expecting more. Maybe it isn’t the fault of the property, but this is not what I was expecting based on Booking.com ratings. I’ve lost all faith in that site.

Inconvenient to need to reconnect to wi-fi every time after returning back to hotel. Once back on property it would be nice if wi-fi would automatically reconnect
