Super séjour dans cet hôtel, nous en gardons un très bon souvenir
Pros:

Emplacement idéal pour visiter le centre ville de Martina Franca et ses alentours.
Chambre spacieuse et bien équipée, propreté irréprochable.
La restauration de qualité avec du personnel très professionnel et adorable et au petit soin, prix raisonnable par rapport au tarif appliqué dans le centre ville.
La piscine et le parc: un havre de paix.

Cons:

La vue de la chambre sur le parking et sous le toit, la climatisation bruyante avec problèmes pour descendre en dessous de 25°.

Pros:

Not much. The spacious grounds are over promoted in their marketing, and the pool, which is ‘pleasant’ gets very crowded when the tour bus crowd arrive in the afternoon. The parking is good, but access is convoluted - off a side street two streets away from their address.

Cons:

Old scruffy hotel that’s had a mild makeover. The rooms are tiny and the shower is a 60cm2 glass box with old tapware sticking that space making it impossible to use for anyone other than a child. The breakfast buffet is terrible with stale products on offer. Even at 0700 opening the scrambled eggs were cold, the bacon was luke warm and greasy.
Service is atrocious. Particularly the surly boy who ‘serves’ drinks around the pool.

Wonderful staff
Pros:

Perfect location, ten minutes from the Piazza. The staff were wonderful. Nice pool, clean and comfortable rooms, particularly liked the walk in wardrobes.

Cons:

Shower wasn't great, quite small and having doors on it took up more space, a more open design would have been better.

Pros:

Son emplacement le cadre le petit déjeuner le repas du soir. Le personnel était tres sympathique accueillant et professionnel. La piscine tres bien. Le jardin magnifique. Les repas en terrasse génial.

Cons:

Chambre 211 la cabine de douche tres petite et les portes de la cabine se bloquaient. Globalement la salle de bain trop petite.
