every staff were so kind and full of hospitality, meals are very tasteful, also breakfast was good, too. Banquest room we use for our conferance, our requirements were perfectly arranged without any troubles. I wish to make stay again as there will be international conference in June 2028 with my group.
nothing special at all
La cama es buena, la habitación muy grande, piscina adecuada y ordenada, y el parking del hotel estaba muy bien.
La limpieza pésima, la madera del suelo estaba rota, no obstante, había puesta una moqueta que cubría ese problema, si no andabas con cuidado te podías hacer un esguince. Cuando llegamos al hotel el latiguillo del bidé estaba roto, dos días después seguía roto. Personal nada atento, excepto una recepcionista que nos pidió disculpas, por lo demás, la dirección estuvo ausente y nadie nos dio una explicación del porque había pelusas en la habitación y mesilla de noche. Pedimos para desayunar un café con leche y unas tostadas, después de esperar 20’ cancelamos las tostadas pues no llegaban y teníamos un compromiso.

Was charged for smoking in the room when I did not. In fact the previous occupants had smoked and left their cigarettes and lighter on the patio as well as an overflowing ashtray which we had to clean ourselves as the room patio had not been cleaned.
En el desayuno el zumo tenia una telita de la naranja bastante viscosa muy desagradable. Una de las camareras montaba las mesas del desayuno, las tazas sin bandeja, es decir las llevaba apoyadas en su ropa, cada mano unas cuatro o cinco.
Para un hotel de 5 estrellas no lo veo adecuado.
A very clean and nicely decorated hotel .The food was good especially the breakfast .
The lunch and dinner menu was limited some of the staff could have been more attentive,but I’ll put that down to us not being able to speak Spanish . For a 5 star hotel I would expecta pot of coffee and not a machine.
Prachtig hotel, mooie ruime kamers, gezellige lobby die ook gebruikt wordt voor ontbijt en lunch. Er is ook een excellent restaurant voor diner. Vriendelijke dames bij de receptie. Bij aankomst, indien gewenst, is er hulp met de koffers en wordt je wagen geparkeerd in de ondergrondse parking. Overal vriendelijk personeel. Mooi buitenzwembad. Rustige ligging buiten de oude stad, maar met Bolt ben je er zo. We komen hier telkens als we in Toledo zijn. Het hotel wordt ook perfect onderhouden en dat zie je.
