Incredible hotel, incredible room with wonderful views, quiet, super comfortable beds. Loved it!!!

Cons:

The spa was available at an extra cost of €30 per person per limited time slot - which was a surprise, as many other 5 star hotels include access to spa facilities in the cost of the room. And the staff could be friendlier - only a few could / would speak English. The choice at breakfast was rather average.

Pros:

Fuimos en invierno, la habitación una pasada y cogimos el servicio de SPA privado porque tenemos un bebe y fue maravilloso, me encantó todo y el disfruto mucho.

Cons:

No tuvimos opción de ver nada que nos desagradara.

El salón principal es espectacular. La comida y la atención del restaurante Quixote un lujo. La comida en el Lobby bar muy buena calidad-precio. El spa merece muchísimo la pena. Fuimos a celebrar el cumpleaños de mi pareja y tuvieron un detalle encantador con unos globos en la habitación, una tarjeta de cumpleaños y unas chocolatinas. Gracias a todo el equipo por hacer la estancia perfecta.

El personal amable, el hotel y las habitaciones y servicios, las ofertas de cuidados y spa. Las habitaciones son amplias y los baños grandes, perfecto para dos personas. La cama es agradable y enorme. El desayuno excelente. La calidad de la cocina del Restaurante Quixote muy buena.

Cons:

Lo peor fueron los tiempos de espera en el comedor del salón de cristal porque tardaron muchísimo en atender las mesas. La ubicación, sin coche, es regular, lejos del centro, y las habitaciones con vistas podrían tener vistas mejores considerando el coste.
