Hotel viejo y sin ninguna comodidad. Solo llegar la puerta de entrada tiene el cristal roto completamente y da muy mala imagen al huésped
No hay parking refiere convenio con el parking del monasterio pero muy caro

Habitación grande y limpia. Buen desayuno. Piscina y areas comunes muy bonitas.
Llegamos a las 13h, y a pesar de haber avisado de que llegaríamos pronto la habitación no estaba lista, lo cual es perfectamente entendible, pero pedimos poder esperar en la piscina hasta la hora del check-in (15:00)y nos dijeron que NO. Lo mismo a la salida, pedimos si habia opción de late check out, dispuestos a pagar un extra coste, nos dijeron que nos dirían algo - nunca nadie nos volvió al decir nada al respecto y pero nos dejaron claros que a las 12h había que dejar la habitación y las instalaciones. Me parece sorprendente este trato y falta de cortesía, y más en un hotel 5 estrellas, en el que hemos pagado 360€ por una noche, y más considerando que la piscina estaba casi vacía. El personal de recepción ha tenido un trato muy frio - ni siquiera por ejemplo nos han ofrecido esperar en el bar o restaurante, ni han ofrecido indicaciones sobre la ciudad. Tampoco han preguntado a la salida como había ido la instancia. Por otro lado, hay un parking muy grande de pago - otro detalle que me parece feo en un 5 estrellas, donde además no hay ninguna otra opción de aparcamento. En resumen, creo que a ese precio hay hoteles con mucho mejor trato.

Creo que las habitaciones necesitan actualización. Y las ventanas dejan pasar el ruido y no hay persianas ni cortinas black para no dejar pasar la luz

J’ai tout aimé.Cet hôtel est majestueux, un peu à l’écart du centre mais les taxis vous déposent au centre historique en 5 minutes pour 6 euros. Le parking souterrain est offert avec accès direct dans l’hôtel par ascenseur.Les chambres sont immenses et très très bien aménagées avec des matériaux de qualité, literie incroyable ( lit de 2 m de large) oreillers aussi, canapé, bureau, grande TV, minibar, bouteilles d’eau offertes, SDB superbe, baignoire, grande douche à l’italienne, wc et bidet, 2 lavabos, produits de toilettes top, peignoirs, chaussons, table et fer à repasser, tout était extraordinaire pour un prix inimaginable, même pas le prix d’un hôtel ibis pour 1 nuit à Paris🤗 La salle du restaurant est somptueuse avec sa coupole en vitraux, et la restauration était bien. Très beaux jardins avec fontaines.Je garde un excellent souvenir de mes 2 nuits passées et je recommande vivement

het eten in de bar was minimaal qua samenstelling: alleen ijsberg sla en paar stukjes kip wat een ceasarsalad werd genoemd
Cama excepcional, desayuno excelente, y la cena en el restaurante Quixote excelente.
Pero sin duda el punto fuerte es el trato y la atencion recibida de todo el personal del hotel y del restaurante.

Breakfast was very good, we enjoyed it. Beds are also comfortable, unfortunately, we could not get a double bed, so we stayed in a room with single beds.
There are two things we were very unsatisfied with. First of all my husband got sick 2 days before the travel and we wanted to change the date of the travel to allow time for him to get better. The hotel was absolutely inflexible and they did not agree to change the date, i.e. they wanted to charge the total fee even if we could not come. Visiting the doctor 1 day before the travel, finally we decided to leave mainly due to the hotel's reaction and we did not want to pay without the stay.
On the other hand there is an amusement park across the hotel from where on both nights loud music could be heard. First night there was a concert till 4 at night, on the second night we could hear the music also, but then we closed the door in order to sleep despite we like to sleep with door/window open.

The junior suite we were upgraded to was very comfortable. The reception staff were exceptional.
The location was outside old Toledo, and we happened to be there during an all night techno concert so our sleep was very poor
