I will never stay at this hotel again!
Pros:

Quiet location . Lots of plugs for phones, etc. Reasonable breakfast variety of food

Cons:

Incidental fee charged twice-rude front desk person . Waiting on clearing up double charges from hotel ( we told them at check in there was a mistake. They said it would go away at checkout. It didn’t!
Uncomfortable bed, chair and horrible, cheap pillows
Dirty floors- Feet clean out of shower, dirty after walking around before dressing
View of day care covered play area literally twenty feet from our window with no barrier
Awakened at 4:00 am from “garbage Shute sounds
Large ( 2 inches) roach on wall outside room in hallway
Toilet handle stuck open with every flush

Location was good and the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Upon arrival in the room there was a construction work cart, I called the front desk to make sure we were in the right room (the telephone line was very static). Staff said yes & n9 work was being done & to set the cart in the hall. Upon entering the bathroom there was work being done. The drain plate was out and the shower floor was dirty with footprints and the bathroom floor was sticky. I went downstairs & explained this to the worker & said im leaving fir 2 hrs and I expect this cleaned up. The staff said he would 'try' as he was the only staff on site. Upon returning, he explained he did his best. It was half ckean & i had returned w/cleaning supplies and I had to finish cleaning the whole bathroom and tile area.
Next- the tv service was not sufficient. There was no channels to watch, maybe 2 like local news. When we turned the channel it would start to play a show and 5 min into watching it would go blank. Very poor tv service. It was actually the worst hotel stay ive ever had. Very disappointing!

We frequent Hampton Inns, this not up to corporate standards

Cons:

Upon arrival : no toilet paper, after back from dinner still no TP😟. Rag jammed up into shower door rolling system preventing door from rolling closed. Why would a housekeeper do this? Broken light bullard in parking area had wires sticking out, unsafe
