Horribly disappointed
Pros:

Did not get the opportunity to stay

Cons:

The computer system was down so we were not able to check in. Front desk employee thought it might be a couple of hours. We waited one hour and then left and found other accommodations. Then we had to mess with getting the credit back from booking.com.

Great little stay in Pocatello.
Pros:

Breakfast was delicious, value was fine, very clean, modern, pool was warm. Gym was well stocked. Great stay.

Excellent the two young Gentleman on reception were charming informative and helpful
The breakfast room Lady/manager was attentive polite and went that extra mile to ensure the coffee and breakfast buffet was constantly topped up, these employees are a credit to the Hotel

Great staff
Pros:

Staff was very friendly and helpful and rooms were very clean. Nightlight in bathroom was nice to have. The breakfast was very good. Even had good decaf coffee which is a rarity in hotels. Close to interstate which is handy but not noisy.
This Hampton does not have a restaurant or a lounge but a couple restaurants a block to two away. My main issue with this hotel is the barndoor to the bathroom doesn't provide much privacy as there is an inch gap between the door and the door frame, and the barndoor didn't want to fully close. Our entrance door to the room also had about 1/3 of an inch gap between the door and the frame so you could see out into the hallway. I guess I expected more privacy in a Hampton.
