駅に近いところ

Cons:

朝食の環境。
外国人（東南アジア系）の旅行者が圧倒的に多かった。彼らは食べ終わっても居座っているので、席空待ちの渋滞が発生。
また、外国人たちの多くは食べ終わった後、テーブルにそのまんまで、食器の返却をほとんどしていない。スタッフが足りないのかもしれませんが、このあたりをサポートするスタッフを配置したほうが良いと思います。

寝るだけの1泊のみでゆっくり滞在していませんが、結構快適でした
Pros:

駅前で飲食街も近いロケーション、ドアから外部の音は聞こえていたが上下左右の部屋からの音はあまり気にならなかった。

Cons:

朝食が混み合うからといくつかの時間帯に分けた整理券配布はよいが、インバウンド客が食事終えても席を立たず話し込んでいることに対してスタッフが退席を促すアクションがなかったので、朝食を食べにきた人の席が不足気味だった。なにか貼り紙するとか注意書きしたらいいのにと思った。

春の終わり、寒い日でした。暖房を入れようとエアコンに触れた。しかし、エアコンは冷房しか選択できないようになっている。
部屋の中では、リラックスできない。つらくて哀しい時間でした。

Pros:

The space is well layed out. Has enough room for 3 to 4 people. Has all amenities that were listed. Easy self check in process. Very near to train station. Quick walk to Dotonbori and Namba station. We did daytrips to USJ, Kyoto and Osaka using public transportation from here.

部屋の鍵は、カードキーですが、開かず、
フロントの方に、来てもらう事数回あり。
朝、今度は、キーが開きっぱなしで、オートロックのキーが、施錠出来ないと言う事がありました。
ホテルの部屋の鍵が、開かず、施錠出来ないのは、初めてでした。

A Convenient Stay Near the Train Station
Pros:

This hotel is very conveniently located, just a short walk from the train station. I enjoyed the cozy library-lounge downstairs, which had an interesting selection of books. I had fun making origami there. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was tasty, though the variety was somewhat limited.

The room was on the smaller side, so it could feel a bit cramped, especially if you have large luggage.
