Not bad, so much could be better.
Pros:

Spa great. Location perfect. Evening meal fabulous.

Cons:

Booking breakfast and then having to queue for 15 minutes to be seated. Noise from surrounding rooms, despite asking for a quiet room.

Overall ok and I think I would stay there again but management should look at breakfast staffing levels and make parking
Pros:

Clean, safe, comfortable, good breakfast, leisure facilities on site and included in price. Easy and cheap access into Lancaster via regular buses.

Cons:

Breakfast was understaffed and a couple of the folk there seemed rather pressured as a result.
This was unfair on them and unfortunate for customers. All other hotel staff were very friendly and helpful including one of the breakfast servers.
The car parking charge was not clear at time of booking and seemed rather steep.

Comfortable, welcoming and great value for money.
Pros:

The hotel was a convenient location off the M6 for an overnight stop on our journey. The reception staff were excellent and went out of their way to accommodate providing some hot food when we had arrived just after the kitchen closed. We had also been upgraded to a suite which was a lovely surprise.

Nothing.

Excellent! would definitely recommend and stay again
Pros:

The overall facilities were of a high standard and service around the spa area with drinks and snacks an added bonus. The staff couldn’t be more helpful and well staffed also
