Beautiful place to stay with the staff.
Pros:

We loved the atmosphere, good food, staff were fabulous, our room was second to none. Everything was lovely.

Cons:

One small issue for us, normally 5 star hotels serve breakfast to their guests, but Powerscourt hotel have a buffet,
Also there was an extra charge of €7.50 per person if you wanted anything other than the buffet.
We will definitely stay again.

All else was excellent, staff were so kind and friendly
Pros:

The setting and room was beautiful and so spacious

Cons:

The spa was overcrowded…sauna and steam room being renovated…jacuzzi full, mini saunas full…not relaxing, but one of the reasons we chose Powerscourt for our stay. Music in the bar finished too early…just as the party was getting started

Good stay but fell short of expectations in some areas
Pros:

The room we stayed in was beautiful, very spacious and the bathroom was impressive. The breakfast was very good, great selection. Food and drink throughout the hotel was really good.

Cons:

The spa was very limited. For - 5 star and the price tag to stay at the Powerscourt, they should really invest in more facilities in the spa. The two tiny saunas are really not sufficient and one of the days we were there one of the saunas was off / not working. There was also an issue with the one that was working this day as it was insanely hot, not normal temperatures for a sauna. Some bar staff were not friendly, and didn’t approach us while we sat for a long time waiting to order.

Some areas need attention, but the staff were absolutely amazing. Food was brilliant Massage by Alex was amazing.
Pros:

The property was really incredible. That’s one of my favorite hotels in Ireland.

Cons:

The sauna area was closed that should’ve been mentioned to us before booking
Also, the pool was quite cold, as well as a hot tub in the female changing areas. Some of the items were not replenished in my room, like face cloths, and the conditioner in the shower had to run out.

Excellent Couples Getaway
Pros:

Fantastic overnight stay at Powerscourt. We were in a King Suite which was beautiful, the facilities were excellent and the staff were really kind. This was a wedding gift and a babymoon, and Powerscourt made every effort to make our stay extra special. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

A magical 5 star experience at Powerscourt
Pros:

We stayed here on New Years Eve and it was a magical experience. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful giving us a very warm welcome. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed a pre dinner swim in the spa pool which was an excellent facility and it was great that the adults only time of 6.00pm was strictly adhered to.

Our evening meal in the Sally Gap bar was excellent with a great food choice and wine list. The entertainment in the bar was first class and we really enjoyed ringing in 2026 there.

Breakfast the following morning was very busy but aside from that the staff coped really well with the busy morning due to the hotel being full. All in all we would have no hesitation in recommending this 5 star experience to others.

A little piece of heaven in the Wicklow mountains. Delightful!
Pros:

This is my favourite hotel of all! From the moment you arrive, the welcome and service from the friendly staff is absolutely superb.
The spaceous rooms are elegantly decorated with a fusion of traditional and contemporary style that is delightful. The bed and pillows are the most comfortable I have slept on in any hotel anywhere in the world.
The food in both restaurants is simply delicious.
The spa is the cherry on top!
I highly recommend Powerscourt Hotel and Spa.
