Terrible! Never staying here again.
Pros:

Hotel messed up booking by overselling rooms. Was offered a $50 gift card from management a month later. Beware!

A great stay at an amazing hotel

Great Hotel
Pros:

We recently stayed at the Deerfoot for a dance competition. The hotel was clean, breakfast buffet was great. Only one of the two elevators was working so it took a bit longer. But overall it was a great experience.

Pros:

The hotel was lively and the kids had so much fun. The room was quiet at night which we appreciated. The pool was great. The sushi restaurant in the casino was amazing.

Cons:

The elevator wasn't working and the hotel was extremely busy. The restaurant only had one server so she seemed very stressed. The service was good, but we felt bad for her as there was no other option for our family to eat.

Overall was very good. Would stay again as long as the price is reasonable.
Pros:

Very convenient for attending a concert at the casino. The room was very nice and it was quiet. Nice ambiance in the lobby. Staff was very friendly and efficient.

Cons:

Parking was a challenge. Not enough handicap parking stalls. Price was a little high. There was quite a long line up/wait for check in with only one front desk clerk checking people in at a busy time. One elevator was not working.

Thoroughly enjoyed the fun weekend!
Pros:

Loved the dinner theatre Tony and Tina's wedding. Great food served like an authentic family meal! Went to the bar and enjoyed Karaoke after! Spent some time at the casino no luck!

Great Experience
Pros:

Everything was clean, staff were friendly. Easy check in and departure. Location is great as you cannot hear traffic from outside. We were on the 5th floor. We were there for a Sports event.

My only complaint was when we stayed in Feb 2026, there was a dog across the hall from us that would bark every time they opened the door. so was annoying between the hours of 8pm to 11pm but after that I only heard the dog twice.

Best event and accommodation combo in the city
Pros:

We loved our stay at the Deerfoot Inn for Streetheart last February 2026. The whole venue is stunning, rooms are nicely designed and the beds are so comfortable. Guest services made our stay unforgettable

Pros:

Overall decent experience. Just average all around. Staff amazing, but hotel is a bit dated. no safe in the room for valuables and no nearby in walking distance for food

Worst hotel stay ever!!!
Pros:

Currently at this hotel and if you need to sleep or enjoy any sort of peace or quiet DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!
This hotel should advertise that loud and rude people are what is welcome then the rest of us can stay away!
Front desk will not do a thing about the ignorant and belligerent people running around at all hours of the night nor do they have earplugs to help drown out some of the constant fighting and slamming of doors.
I do not understand how this place stays open.

Not great.
Pros:

Issues at check in. Smelt odd when walking in. No cookies at check in which was stated on website. Way over priced for it being run down. Vending machines were hard to use and didnt all work. Restaurant in casino was decent. The island bar was horrible! Staff terrible. Cleaning staff in casino not great. One very rude and parked a stinky garbage cart behind me, leaving it there. Popcorn was stepped on throughout hotel due to kids yet not being cleaned up the entire time. Coffee pods not filled in room, only a few cream in fridge. Just a run down expensive hotel
