SpringHill Suites by Marriott Terre Haute

Front desk staff was awesome. They never did clean our room though until we asked about it on the fourth day. I was not happy about that, but they did take care of it.

I’ve stayed here dozen times or so. Check in was rude and room was dirty. Sheets had food or something on them. We left at 9:30 pm and didn’t go back

Great Stay.

Not sure the ac controller was working….just made do, too tired to try.
Receptionist was a joy at check in though.

The front desk staff were super helpful and friendly. The breakfast was excellent.

The property was decent. The staff at checkin was interesting. One very old, slow woman and a younger woman who didn't seem to care that she was there. She ignored us. Good help is hard to find I guess. Training would be helpful.

The hallway smelled of smoke but my room was clean.

Hotel was clean and modern. Check in lady was great. Breakfast staff was my only negative. She was walking around complaining about how many people were eating and not able to keep everything stocked

The shower in our bathroom didn’t work properly. We stated on a Sumday so they had no maintenance on staff to look at it.

I have stayed at this property once before, however, this time my stay wasn't good. My tv would restart every 5-10 minutes for the entire stay and then again the next day until check out. The person at the desk was EXTREMELY RUDE and when I would call to ask for an update on the fix he would cut me off before I could even get my sentence out. Totally unprofessional.

Room was perfect. Quiet hotel, and the staff were very friendly.

The room was wonderful, but the refrigerator wasn’t cold. I felt it wasn’t working so we didn’t put any food in there.

Hotel was dirty, room smelled, towels had stains on them. Really gross place. Lots of other places in the area to stay

The people who work the front desk are awesome, i forgot my watch 3 weeks ago called them, they held it for three weeks until i returned!

I’ll start by saying Terre Haute is definitely not on anyone’s top place to visit. However, the hotel itself is pretty nice for the area and price. We checked in very late but the front desk gentleman was nice and engaging. He also was in charge of breakfast which is included and typical hotel breakfast foods. The room was nice but there is only 1 tv with a king room that also has a dividing wall between the couch and king bed. That makes watching tv from a dresser in the walkway area difficult to see because it’s so far away. I would advise mounting it in bedroom area or move the beds closer to the divider wall. It’s not a large tv. The bed was comfy, the showers were hot, and the noise was minimal. We would stay again.

Great customer service. Easy to check in and out. Spacious, clean rooms. Dark and quiet. Great experience.

I am a very picky person. However, this was a very clean and nice hotel. The only thing is I wish the printer had ink so I could’ve printed stuff for work.

Overall everything perfect and suggested to try

It wasn't the property, but we had to leave a day early to take care of an emergency at home, and had to pay for that night anyway.
