Clean, modern, and comfortable property. Good breakfast.

Cons:

Front desk check in was the worst I have ever experienced. Totally unfriendly, unwelcoming experience. The woman at the front desk literally just looked at me, took my ID, handed me the room keys, and said, “Here you go.” I had to look for the elevator and ask another staff person about breakfast.

Inside my room, there was a dirty coffee cup with lipstick stains stuck in with the clean cups. It was disgusting.

I have stayed there before and would again.
Pros:

Excellent breakfast buffet. Bed was comfortable. No evidence of bed bugs.

Cons:

The HVAC for the room was confusing. I must have pressed the wrong button as it shut off for the whole night. Fortunately the rest of the facility kept the tenmp from going up. I need white noise when I sleep and tried to get the fan to come on.

I will stay there again next year when I do my road trip to Michigan, so nothing was a deal breaker
Pros:

I stayed at the same location 2 weeks earlier and it was excellent. The breakfast was GREAT

Cons:

Two things: 1) The HVAC system was set at 68 deg F when I arrived. Since I am not a side of beef, I tried to change the temp to 72 deg F. The system shut down and never ran again, although the temp seems to stabilize. I need the fan to run for white noise but there was no way to get it to run.; 2)Not sure why they don't provide plastic cups for cold beverages, just paper cups for coffee. Not a big deal but seemed odd.

Great stop on our long drive.
Pros:

The room was nice, furniture well taken care of, lots of outlets. Good breakfast, except for the eggs. Are they powdered eggs? Staff was great. Good location.

My stay was overall a 10/10. Highly recommend.
