Pros:

The reservation system was down globally when we arrived so we could not be checked in. But the staff worked out a workaround over the next half hour so that we were able to get access to the room and our needs. This is service above the normal.

Pros:

Breakfast was great. Staff were helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. I liked the phone-key check in option. The location was good, since my daughter attends college in Santa Barbara.

Cons:

It was a little noisy with some high school students there for a sporting event.
