Disappointing – we won’t be back.
Pros:

The location is decent.

Cons:

The staff was nonexistent. I waited alone in the lobby for over 15 minutes, tried calling the facility to get someone out before someone arrived to the front desk. There was construction on the first floor and no access to bathrooms on that floor. Neither of the staff who checked us in or out were very friendly or personable, nor did they provide any information about the stay. I was charged a convenience fee without their disclosing.

Very nice and relaxing.
Pros:

The room was very clean, bed was very comfortable, it was quiet, breakfast was very good, just what I need. It was easy to get into the facility from the street and it was a safe spot.

Cons:

Toilet was too close to the ground, need new high end toilets. God help anyone over six foot.

For the most part, the stay was fine. I'm sure in a different room, everything could've been better
Pros:

Price was right. Breakfast was ok. Lobby and breakfast areas were orderly and clean.

Cons:

Shower faucet dripped non-stop. Toilet took forever to fill the tank (about 15 minutes)... so no chance of a double flush if needed.
Carpets appeared old and dingy; especially in the elevators.
They stated the breakfast was new (some kind of breakfast taquito?); however, the inside of mine was very cold (almost frozen). When I mentioned this, they took them all back to the kitchen... it was new, so they probably just need to understand how long to cook them.

Terrible
Pros:

Breakfast wasn't bad....

Cons:

Booked a disabled/handicapped room. Room was advertised as disabled but was not. Toilet was so low that my husband had to help me off the toilet....false advertisement!!!

Pros:

It’s a good spot and nice hotel

Cons:

The pool was completely packed last night and the towels were all out, people were drinking alcohol inside the pool and doing backflips when there was a lot of kids in it.

We had a very good stay
Pros:

I love everything about my grandsons lived the pool and the breakfast The staff was great Norma was a 10 on her own she was very friendly and nice helped me with everything I needed

Cons:

Check in could of been earlier 4pm is kinda late for check in I did get lucky was able to check in alittle early

Clean, comfortable room.
Pros:

The staff. Particularly, a staff member by the name of Mason. I made a mistake, in scheduling. I had the wrong weekend. Without reservation insurance, I could’ve lost my prepaid room. And would’ve had to pay, again to stay that night. Mason want the extra mile to straighten out my reservation. Something he did not have to do.

Cons:

The property is clean, well-maintained, centrally located and has all the basics that are needed
Or put the hotel, over the top, for me was the work of the staff/, Mason.
