Kenny was excellent

We came into town for a wedding and the room was nice size but bathroom was not clean nor did the toilet work. I asked to have the toilet fixed via front desk and text. Upon my return, im told the toilet cant be fixed currently and they will move us to another room. As exhausted as i was from traveling for hours, sitting in traffic and attendibg a wedding...i didn't want to move rooms. I asked to stay and possibly do a partial credit and the front desk declined. We stayed over but completely dissatisfied as a platinum choice member.

The room was beyond dirty with stains all over the carpet and bed. The shower was filthy and bathroom had poop stains on the walls with hair stuck to the door. Ick

Carpet dirty phone dirty and not working sheets had holes in them no maid clean after going out for a little while so we didn’t even stay the second night checkout early

Overall, my stay was good. Only issue is the area around the hotel was not the safest. Had random people walking around asking for money.

Clean rooms

I’ve stayed at several Country Inn and Suites and I’ve always enjoyed my stay, until this location. Needs to be updated, renovated, and the management is very stingy with towels and wash clothes. I don’t know what that’s about.

This property stinks. They attempted to have me check into a dirty room - a room that clearly had not been cleaned. Then they gave me another room that was still dirty, but it was cleaner than the other room.

Radisson should not claim this property. Avoided all costs.

This place feels more like a motel trying to be hotel. I'm always a little leery when I see signs that read, "We are not responsible for items stolen from the parking. This is especially uncomfortable when you actually see shattered glass in one of the rear parking spaces (I should have taken a picture). I had little choice. I prepaid and it was non-refundable.
Of the 5 usb chargers they had sprinkled around the room, only 1 worked. Sigh.
The bed was comfortable but the bathroom was terrible. Clearly, the toilet and bathtub had been through some type of repairs. How do I know? - because the caulking finish was amateur and ugly. The toilet seat was loose and the toilet not properly secured to the flange. But the worst was a nightmare. On the tub curtain, the walls and some of that bad caulking, there was scary and notible blotches that appeared to me to be MOLD! Yes MOLD!!
That is unacceptable. Even if it wasn't mold, and I think it was, it's a terrible thing for a guest tho witness.
This "hotel" is hopeless.

It was a nice stay. The rooms could have been better but it was a quick stay for us so it didn’t matter. Overall decent stay. Just better room conditions or upgrades.

Front end staff very friendly
Room was clean but
1. bathroom fan and small light did not work
2. Ice Machine on my floor was not working
3. Had A/C on left for the day came back and it was off and room was very warm

This hotel is terrible l, please save your money and book elsewhere. The first hotel room had stains all over the carpet and there was mold around the bathtub. We requested another room and again stains all over the floor, grease stains on the walls and mirrors. The bathroom floor was sunken in, in front of the toilet and felt as though it would fall in. The iron was broken with missing buttons. Overall the experience was awful and we will never stay here again.

Not the nicest. Rooms were dirty and smelled

The stay was horrible. The hallways smelled like spices and herbs. It’s was no AC in the hallways. The room didn’t have working lights/ lamps. The electric plugs in the restroom didn’t nor did the fan. The only good thing was the bed was comfortable. The hotel smelled horrible it made me sick in my stomach.

The check in was terrible.

This hotel should be reported and closed asap! Very nasty, old dirty curtains, patched up ceilings, carpet filthy with all kinda stains on floor, no towels, sheets, or washclothes for guests to request at front desk, bunch of unwanted people hang out at property. . NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!

Not a great place for tourists, unless they live in an Urban area!!

The stadf was not helpful, the rooms were dirty, the smell was terrible. Avoid this place at all costs.

Stained carpets, dusty, bed bug eggs!!!! Smelly room, not the Country Inn we expected. Very low standards for a Raddison subsidiary.
