Parfait pour mes besoins du séjour
Pros:

Practicité, propreté, resto pas loin et possibilité de se faire à manger si préférence (petit dej par exemple)

Un peu bruyant... "boules quies" nécessaire pour qui est sensible au bruit

Oreillés confortables, accessoires à disposition, lieux propre.

Un heureux hasard de proximité !
Pros:

Nous avons choisi cet établissement un peu par hasard, notamment parce que le prix était intéressant. Quelle ne fut pas notre surprise quand nous avons vu qu'il se situait à moins de 5 minutes de marche de la salle de concert "L'autre canal" où nous nous rendions le soir même. Les environs sont propres et on peut se déplacer sans problème et sans peur pour aller à la salle de spectacle. Le logement en lui même était propre, correctement aménagé. Le kit de bienvenue pour faire la vaisselle, nettoyer l'espace cuisine est très bien également. Les lits étaient confortables.

Cons:

Il y avait vraiment une forte odeur de cuisine dans le couloir qui était très dérangeante. De plus, comme on peut fumer sur le balcon, il y avait une légère odeur de cigarette dans l'appartement. Il y a un gros affichage pour les tarifs en cas de non nettoyage etc. Mais rien concernant le tri, comment différencier les serviettes utilisées des non-utilisées etc.

Cons:

Petit déjeuner très cher.
On nous demande de faire notre vaisselle mais il n'y a ni produit vaisselle ni éponge seulement un torchon.
