Assolutamente soddisfacente, divertimento e relax insieme!
Pros:

Animazione ottima. I bimbi sempre coinvolti e gli adulti divertiti. Bravissimi Omar, Nico e Alberto! La passione di Omar è stata coinvolgente per grandi e piccoli.

Cons:

Pulizia camera, attenzione nel riordinare la camera (avevo spesso un'asciugamano in meno, e al momento della doccia dovevo scendere a recuperarla in reception).

El personal de animación y la comida

Cons:

Llevo viniendo a Gran Canaria 4 años en diferentes hoteles y Si buscas relajarte, no es tu sitio. Es un sitio para enfocarte en cumplir normas. Te sientes observado las 24/7... Hay una señora que vigila todo durante todas las horas del dia camuflada entre el personal, basicamente para llamar la atención a los huéspedes a la minima tontería, por ejemplo, por llevarte snacks a las hamacas. Algunas personas que sirven en el comedor, necesitan mejorar su atencion al publico ( en concreto, chica rubia, el sabado día 14 de marzo por la noche, nos habló con malos modos delante de los demás huéspedes, porque entramos por error al comedor por la puerta de la terraza). El tema de las hamacas en la pisicina es un auténtico descontrol, todas llenas de toallas sin personas haciendo uso de las mismas (casualmente esa norma nadie la cumple y nadie vigila para que se cumpla). Zona alejada de la playa.

Pros:

Az étel-ital választék bőséges volt, és a tematikus vacsorák különösen tetszettek. A napi többszöri ingyenes busz a hotel és a strand között nagy segítséget jelentett a napi programjainknál. A hotel ugyanis gyalogosan kb. 15 perc alatt érhető el egy erősebb emelkedőn. A szobánk medencére nézett, nagyon világos volt, ízléses berendezéssel. Csak a fürdő volt kicsit leharcolt, de legalább tiszta.

Cons:

A személyzet nagyon vegyes volt. Egy jó része robotként dolgozott, nem igazán viselkedett figyelmesen a vendégekkel, még a köszönésünket sem fogadta. De találkoztunk szerencsére nagyon kedvessel is, aki mindig mosolygott és előzény volt.

Das Buffet war umfangreich.

Cons:

Das Abendprogramm am Pool (zentral in der Anlage) lief bis 22:30 Uhr und war trotz geschlossener Balkontür hörbar, so dass nur danach Einschlafen möglich war. Frühstück war erst ab 8 Uhr möglich. Mein Schlafanzug wurde beim Wechsel der Bettlaken entfernt; ich habe ihn erst nach einem Tag auf Rückfrage aus der Wäscherei zurückerhalten. Das Restaurant hat leider keinen separaten Bereich für Familien mit Kindern, so dass kontinuierlich Unruhe beim Essen herrscht.

Un hotel muy recomendable y un personal excelente
Pros:

Ya es el cuarto año que nos alojamos en este hotel para celebrar el cumpleaños de mi madre, esta vez ya 82 años. El hotel nos sigue gustando como el primer día, la comida es buena y muy variada, el hotel está muy limpio y todos los servicios son impecables. El personal es excelente, desde el nuevo director Victor, que hemos conocido este año, hasta los chicos del bar de la piscina, Osama y Jesi, pasando por todos los camareros y cómo no, el cariño de Omar, el jefe de animadores, un 10. sin duda volveremos si podemos
