Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Die Zimmer waren sauber, das Essen gut und abwechslungsreich. Das Personal war sehr nett, besonders das Animationsteam. Wir hatten ein Problem mit dem Balkontür, das innerhalb von 10 Minuten repariert wurde – super Service!

Cons:

Es gab oft überall zu wenig Geschirr, manchmal keine Gläser mehr oder waren kaputt bzw. nicht sauber. Am Abend wurden Getränke nur in Papier- oder Plastikbechern serviert, dadurch konnte man die Getränke nicht geniessen. Für Kaffee und Tee gab es keine Tassen nur grossen Papierbecher.
Die Zimmer waren zwar sauber, brauchen aber dringend eine Renovierung, besonders Badewanne und Türen.

A precisar urgentemente de manutenção

Localização e simpatia da maioria doa funcionários.

Cons:

Quarto a precisar de manutenção.
Porta do quarto quase que dá para ver de um lado para o outro ,tal era o mau estado. Como não vedava bem, o som dos carros que passam na auto estrada parecia que estavam ali mesmo.
Não vedava nada bem que na última noite tivemos uma invasão de uns bichinhos com asas... parecidos com formigas de asa.

Pros:

Me gustó muchísimo todo en general, la habitación que nos tocó era fantástica y tuvimos un detalle de bienvenida muy bonito. La comida del buffet fue una grata sorpresa, muy variada y bastante rico todo, muy adaptada a todo tipo de gustos. Tuvimos una pequeña incidencia con la habitación y la gestión por parte del personal fue excelente, sin duda es lo que más me ha gustado, la cercanía, amabilidad y predisposición de todos sus trabajadores. Me llevo un buenísimo recuerdo y estoy deseando volver a repetir.

Cons:

Apenas puedo decir puntos negativos, solo que me hubiese encantado que la animación nocturna durase un rato más, pero no es nada relevante comparado con todos los aspectos positivos que tiene este hotel.
