Would stay again.

Close to everything
Breakfast you chose from menu, buffet fruit and salad however the great thing is you can go to Adi Dharma Hotel Kuta and have the buffet breakfast there if want.

Lucky the location is great!
Pros:

Great location and lovely grounds

Cons:

Staff were not very interested in the guests or willing to assist.
Our 3rd floor, "garden view" room had a view over a busy, noisy street💁‍♀️ and the spiral stairs were tight & tricky to navigate.

Great value for money, wonderful staff, large rooms
Pros:

I thought breakfast was a bit average . Only had breakfast on first morning. Went out of hotel for breakfast each day after that.

Cons:

Bathroom was a bit dated and showing signs of wear and tear. Still functional but needs an update which i believe is progressively happening with all the rooms currently.

Excellent Hotel - Friendly Staff - Awesome Pool
Pros:

A great location. Clean hotel. Friendly staff.

Cons:

My only minor criticism is that I'd requested a car pick up from the airport. I provided a couple of days notice. I didn't received a reply for a day and had to remind them. Alas, they couldn't offer this service. If they had it would have been awesome.

Cons:

Chambre pas faite en rentrant le soir à 16h... j'ai réclamer au loby. Personnel très aimable et agréable à téléphoner au garçon.qui fais les Chambre. Celui-ci a répondu que je n'avais pas rourner la pancarte "nettoyage la chambre " c'est faut le garçon à mentir pour ne pas avouer qu'il est un paresseux qui a oublié de nettoyer. Jai été très fâché. Je n'aime pas les menteurs.
