Located in the heart of Exeter, the hotel is a short walk from the Central Rail Station and a quick drive from Exmouth. Book now for a luxurious stay with top-notch amenities and a central location.
When booking 6 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements will apply. The property will contact the guest following their reservation. Please note extra beds and cots must be confirmed with the hotel prior to arrival, customers will be required to settle children's extra bed charges directly with the hotel.
Our car park is for residents only. Spaces are limited and must be pre-booked by calling the hotel directly.
The spaces will be reserved on a first come first served basis and will be £25 per night for overnight car parking. The space will be reserved from 14:00 on the day of arrival and until 12:00 on the day on departure.
Alternatively, Magdalen Street Car Park (EX2 4HZ) is a 2 minute walk from the hotel and charges daily from 8am and 10pm, starting from 2 hours for £4.50 to £18 for a full day. (free from 10pm each evening). This car park can be paid using the ringo app.
When travelling with a dog, please note that an extra charge of £25 for 1 dog or £40 for maximum 2 dogs, per night applies. Dogs are allowed in designated guest rooms-please notify the hotel in advance
The Breakfast inclusive rates include a Full-cooked breakfast and Dinner inclusive rates includes 2 courses from our Seasonal A’ la Carte menu and a side dish. Supplements apply to certain items. Inclusions only apply for adults.
Children’s Breakfast is not included in the advertised rates and the charges are as follows directly to the hotel: 0-4 years old – Breakfast Complimentary/5- 11 years old – Breakfast charged at 50% full price/ 12 and over breakfast charged at full adult price. Kids Dinner Menu also available.
Please note extra beds and cots must be confirmed with the hotel prior to arrival, customers will be required to settle children's extra bed charges (£30 per night) directly with the hotel.
We offer guests use of our outdoor heated pool area and small indoor hydra jet pool. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a supervising adult at all times. The pool is heated to 27 degrees and whilst we make every effort to maintain this temperature, we cannot guarantee that this is consistent, due to the fact the pool remains uncovered during its opening hours.
Starting 6th January 2025 our hotels will be cashless, please use cards or digital payments for transactions.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Ik heb echt een geweldige tijd gehad in hotel du vin! Een heerlijke tuin, zwembad, restaurant en kamers. Hele fijne sfeer en bediening.

Good location
Would have like more outdoor space . It was understaffed - we waited an hour to be served for dinner. One order for wine did not come. The staff we excellent but it was understaffed.
Spacious bedroom and bathroom, beautifully furnished. Comfortable bed and good tea and coffee making facilities. Lovely to have a fridge in the room. Toiletries were fantastic, smelt amazing, great quality. Swimming pool and spa facilities were great to have, although didn't use the spa.
Expensive parking and no EV charging facilities. Expensive breakfast options.

Such a beautiful escape, lovely interior, beautiful decor details, what a fabulous breakfast, we enjoyed the pool, terrace , just it was super hot in the room over night , but everything else was great
Inadequate parking. Air conditioning did not work. Room facilities poor.
Everything was beyond amazing!! The staff was always available and happy to assist or answer questions. The breakfast included was out of this world and the fresh out of the oven croissant will forever be on my palette. There is so much space to enjoy in the common areas. The room was very comfortable with a huge soaker tub.
I loved everything, zero complaints.
The location was excellent for visiting Exeter city. Walkable to the shops, quay and pretty Magdalen Road with little restaurants and cafes
Air con not working. I had read this happened a couple of weeks ago but thought had been resolved?
