Inte fyra stjärnor i praktiken...
Pros:

Speciell men fin och väldoftande byggnad. Personalen på plats var bra och professionella. Mycket bra frukost.

Cons:

Vårat första rum visade sig ha problem med avloppet i duschen vilket orsakade en mindre översvämning i badrummet. Dörrarna till duschen var även trasiga och gick ej att stänga helt. När vi påtalade problemet med avloppet till receptionen så fick vi ganska omgående besked om att vi kunde byta till ett nytt likvärdigt rum. Vi fick dock ingen hjälp med att byta rum utan fick själv gå ner till receptionen och hämta den nya nyckeln och sedan packa ihop och byta rum (extra omständigt på vi bara fick ett nyckekort, som behövde sitta i hållaren på väggen för belysning osv). Det nya rummet var endast förberett för en person och inte två som vi var. Toaletten var dessutom dåligt städad med fläckar av avföring på utsidan. Vi fick sedan beskedet om att ingen typ av kompensation skulle utgå för våra problem. Kompensationen var tydligen att vi fick byta rum själva på så kort tid. Tydligen tycker ledningen för detta hotellet att det är bättre/mer ekonomiskt för dem att gästerna inte anmäler problem likt detta och därmed låter hotellet hantera en stor vattenskada i stället för att kompensera med exempelvis en uppgradering eller att bjuda på avgiften för spat.

Az ágy nagyon kényelmes volt!

A wellnest sajnos nem tudtuk kihasználni ,idő hiánya miatt .
De minden tökéletes volt !

Cons:

Volt egy nagyon színvonalas étterem a hotelben , Á lá carte!
Amire nem számítottam ,kis falatokat kaptunk, és nagyon drága hely volt! Éhes embernek annyira nem ajánlom !
De ez ilyen ,megadták a módját,szóval annyira nincs kifogásolni valóm !
Ott is kedves kiszolgálást kaptunk !

Il servizio rifacimento stanza ha lasciato un solo asciugamano per doccia in una stanza doppia e l’acqua calda e’ arrivata dopo dieci minuti di acqua corrente un po’ troppo.

Sicuramente se saro in zona per qualsiasi motivo soggiornerò di nuovo presso questa struttura

Cons:

Avrei voluto avere la vista da un roof bar mah ahimè non lo avuta ma il bar è cozy per godersi un drink dopo cena

Soggiorno nel complesso discreto, ma con alcuni aspetti da migliorare.
Pros:

La posizione è sicuramente uno dei punti di forza della struttura, molto comoda per raggiungere i principali punti di interesse. Da apprezzare anche la presenza del parcheggio interno, un servizio davvero utile.

Cons:

La colazione è risultata piuttosto semplice e poco varia. Inoltre, la pulizia e la cura della camera e del bagno potrebbero essere migliorate: il lenzuolo presentava un piccolo buco e in bagno erano visibili alcune impronte/gocciolature secche, dettagli che incidono sulla sensazione generale di ordine e attenzione.
