I don’t think I’ll stay here again.
Pros:

The breakfast was ok, very little choice for a foreigner.

Cons:

I was given a smoking room even though I requested for a non smoking room. At check in I was asked to pay more to upgrade to a non smoking room as they said there were only smoking rooms available. Then after challenging the staff and telling them that I was going to complain to booking.com, they gave me a non smoking room at the end!

Wonderful staff
Pros:

I only stayed the one night as planned. I arrived without my luggage, and a bit emotional. The staff were amazingly supportive, assured I was checked in and comfortable, they took over the communication with retrieving my luggage and returning it to me.
The food was delicious, nice portion sizes and reasonable prices.
The room was large, airy, clean and wonderful air-conditioning as it was so muggy.
The pool side cafe and seating area was well maintained and clean. Pool was wonderful!

Great hotel and staff.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel. Amazing staff, especially Eliza and Guter. Guter went far above and beyond to help make our stay pleasurable.

Cons:

They ran out of house white wine the first day. The gym is pretty run down.

Way past its sell by date
Pros:

Had several ATMs inside on the premises.

Cons:

Poor cleaning and maintenance. Staff trained to smile and be polite but not to think. Restaurant had limited choices for dinner snd service was unbelievably slow. Lots of undisciplined noisy children. You can't walk outside. Dirty ir no sidewalks.
