La habitación era cómoda. La cama un poco alta de más….tan alta que era difícil sentarse en el borde de la misma….el único tema es que abría la ventana y la vista que
Tenía era de un cementerio militar…..un bajón.

Amazing hotel and staff!
Pros:

Amazing experience and customer service. After a very hectic day of another hotel cancelling our reservation with no notice, they were able to accommodate us. The rooms are beautiful as well as the hotel in general.

Special shout out to Selena at the front desk for taking care of us and making our terrible day better. She was amazing!

Hotel walking distance to Annapolis sights as well as Maryland Hall.
Pros:

Excellent car valet service.
Restaurant and bar staff very good as was the restaurant food.
Room still has a tub rather than walk-in shower and, at my age just short of 80, tubs are a caution…fortunately there was a grab bar on the tub wall.
Booked there because of proximity to Maryland Hall as well as restaurants enroute to Annapolis center.

Easter Bunny
Pros:

This is a beautiful property and establishment. The staff is really friendly and the pool, jacuzzi, and gym are very clean and up-kept; essential oil clothes in a mini-fridge, really nice and refreshing.

Cons:

I missed the Easter buffet.

Luxurious but with decent pricing
Pros:

Great design, spacious lobby and bar, there are a lot of good restaurants and bars nearby, free shuttles to downtown

Cons:

Parking in the hotel is pretty expensive, it’s not located close to downtown, which is the area worth walking around in, but it’s close enough for a walk (15-20 minutes)

Pros:

Pulling up to The Westin in Annapolis after a 12-hour drive…..QUUNN was the first person I saw for my 1-night stay which turned into 4-nights……I’ve been coming to Annapolis annually since 2018 - I’ve stayed at other places but the WESTIN in Annapolis is my first choice…. it is a SPECIAL place to me they allow Cooper and Chloe (my 2 furry Co-pilots) 🦮🦮 to stay for a fee but it is worth it! During this visit stay I met DANIEL and KARRSONI they were awesome too - very accommodating they all went above and beyond to make my stay a memorable one!

Beautiful, quiet place to stay.
Pros:

It’s a beautiful property and the beds were phenomenal.

Cons:

It’s a bit off of the beaten path from where the major activity is in Annapolis but I’m sure people look for that in many cases. Also, the parking should be included for guests staying on the property.

Valet makes the experience!
Pros:

I want to say Valet was amazing! All 3 gentleman that I interacted with really set the tone for my experience here. Dan, Karson and Quinn were all so helpful in helping me get the car parked with a Skybox on my roof since i didn’t fit it the garage. Appreciate them so much!

Pros:

Decent breakfast/ night bar-drinks.

Cons:

Not at all as nice as other Westins. Room was dark, hardly any lighting. Bathroom was terrifically unimpressive. Toilet clogged after just doing a number 1. Didn't get anything we requested.
