Please note that guests must be at least 16 years of age in order to be allowed to access and use all the SPA facilities. All Spa services including the Thalassotherapy circuit require a booking with advance (the Spa team must be contacted to do so). The Thalassotherapy circuit includes use of the treatment pool, turkish bath and sauna and costs 20€ per person, per access. The hotel does not have an indoor swimming pool.
The Spa is open daily, however on festive dates and bank holidays the opening times might be limited or the facilities might even be closed. Please contact the hotel directly for more details.

From arrival everything about the property was perfect. The ambience was very relaxing, comfortable and classy.
We unfortunately left some personal belongings behind by mistake. We wrote to the hotel but did not receive a response.

My wife and I had a wonderful six‑night stay at **Grande Real Villa Itália Hotel & Spa**.
Our room was spacious and spotless, with a **beautiful sea‑view balcony** and a huge, comfortable bed with fresh linen.
Breakfast was delicious and varied every day—special thanks to **Nuno and Luís** for their outstanding service and warm hospitality.
Despite the rainy weather, the **hotel and spa** were a perfect **sanctuary**. We left relaxed, refreshed, and already looking forward to our next visit!
The architecture, facilities and decor simply are a beautiful blend of good taste, confort and convenience. Combined with top quality rooms and super attentive and friendly staff, makes it a truly exclusive and unique experience!
