When booking 10 or more rooms, please note the following conditions apply : full upfront prepayment, non-amendable and also nonrefundable in case of cancelation.

Please note that guests must be at least 16 years of age in order to be allowed to access and use all the SPA facilities. All Spa services including the Thalassotherapy circuit require a booking with advance (the Spa team must be contacted to do so). The Thalassotherapy circuit includes use of the treatment pool, turkish bath and sauna and costs 20€ per person, per access. The hotel does not have an indoor swimming pool.

The Spa is open daily, however on festive dates and bank holidays the opening times might be limited or the facilities might even be closed. Please contact the hotel directly for more details.

Fabulous stay in an excellent hotel

Estadia fantástica, a repetir!
Pros:

Gostei muito do quarto , mas o mais maravilhoso foi a esplanada com a vista para o mar , que nos dá uma sensação de paz fantástica!

Hotel com vista divinal
Pros:

A vista ê divinal,frente ao mar. O hotel é muito bem decorado, o staff é muito simpático, prestável e profissional.

Cons:

O colchão da cama é demasiado mole, mas espaçosa.

Pros:

Tivemos um fim de semana maravilhoso neste hotel. Desde o check-in , o atendimento foi extremamente simpatico, profissional e sempre disponível para ajudar.
O pequeno almoço superou as expectativas , com variedade e produtos frescos . A qualidade da comida boa.

Mais c’est une adresse que je recommande fortement
Pros:

L’hôtel est vraiment top, très propre spacieux, confort la restauration et excellente le personnel, très gentil, très serviable vraiment rien à dire

Cons:

Par contre il y a un problème, le spa est payant par heure, ce n’est pas un accès comme tous les hôtels et la période où était en travaux donc c’est un peu gâché tout

We will go again provided we cannot hear the music!

The rooms were spacious beds were exceptionally comfortable . bathroom very well equipped

Cons:

.The bar was unexciting and the constant canned music was a very annoying feature of an otherwise excellent hotel.

They need More English language programmes on the TV .

Classy hotel in a great location made for a wonderful short stay
Pros:

Staff were welcoming, friendly and very professional. Hotel was immaculate. Location was great. On-site parking for a reasonable fee was much appreciated

Cons:

Minor points...staff at breakfast were too eager to remove plates which weren't finished. No USB charging sockets in the room

Fabulous views overlooking the sea and Polk, great staff and good location!
Pros:

We were welcomed warmly and the staff from beginning to end were so helpful, professional and charming. Breakfast was great, well presented and good selection of hot and cold dishes. The pool is heated, always a bonus at this time of year. Their gym and Spa were closed but we had free day pass to a hotel nearby. The price was so reasonable, especially for the location and it being a 5* hotel. Only a few minutes walk to the Marina with a good choice of restaurants….Asian Yum restaurant was v good, but plenty of other choices. Then only 15 into Cascais where there was lots of choice and great town to wander round.

A great place to stay in walking distance from the old town .
Pros:

Room was lovely and comfort overall was exceptional .Staff were very professional and friendly . First class service all round. Thalassotherapy suite and spa were lovely.

Cons:

Gym and sauna were closed during our stay for renovation however arrangements were in place with nearby hotel to use their gym.

Immer gerne wieder!

Als ehemaliger Kaderangestellter in der internationalen Hotellerie kann ich diesem Haus nur beste Noten ausstellen. Es hat alles gestimmt: Vom ausgezeichneten und sehr freundlichen Personal bis zur 1a-Infrastrukrur. Es wurden nur Materialien der höchsten Kategorie verwendet von ausserordentlichem guten Geschmack, Maintenance macht einen ganz tollen Job und noch nie kam bei mir bei einem so grossen Hotel Warmwasser sofort aus dem Wasserhahn! Beim Schwimmbad fragte ich an der Recepcion ob es geheizt ist. Die Antwort war es sei „climatized“ was auch immer das heissen soll. Geheizt auf jeden Fall nicht, aber ich fand es angenehm warm um Februar und das ist mir auch noch nicht passiert bei einem ungeheiztem Schwimmbad! Erste Sahne dieses Schwimmbad!

Cons:

Alles war super. Da gibt es nichts auszusetzen!
