When booking 10 or more rooms, please note the following conditions apply : full upfront prepayment, non-amendable and also nonrefundable in case of cancelation.

Please note that guests must be at least 16 years of age in order to be allowed to access and use all the SPA facilities. All Spa services including the Thalassotherapy circuit require a booking with advance (the Spa team must be contacted to do so). The Thalassotherapy circuit includes use of the treatment pool, turkish bath and sauna and costs 20€ per person, per access. The hotel does not have an indoor swimming pool.

The Spa is open daily, however on festive dates and bank holidays the opening times might be limited or the facilities might even be closed. Please contact the hotel directly for more details.

Pros:

El trato del personal es de 10. Nada más llegamos. Nos cogieron el coche para aparcarlo y nos subieron las maletas a la habitación. Tras hacer el check in ( que fue muy rápido, cosa que se agradece) nos acompañó a la habitación Catarina, donde nos explicó con todo detalle y precisión cada una de las cosas de la habitación; cambio de la temperatura, sistema domótico, horario de los servicios, etc . Nos dieron una habitación superior a la que no habíamos contratado, cosa que nos avisaron en la recepción , por el mismo precio. El buffet está bien, sobre todo porque te preparan platos en el momento y te los llevan a la mesa.

Cons:

El Hotel está muy limpio, y la atención del personal es exquisita; pero por poner algún pero comentaría; el baño de la habitación estaba en una planta inferior a la cual tenías que bajar tres escalones ( original, pero hay que tener cuidado) . La bañera estaba un pelín alta para poder salir y entrar de ella. El horario de servicio de spa y masajes finaliza a las 7:00 de la tarde por lo que si llegas tarde al Hotel no tienes opción de dicho servicio. Respecto al buffet comentaría que para un Hotel de cinco estrellas., para aquellos que somos cafeteros, creo que tendrían que poner máquina de Nespresso, así como, hacer el zumo de naranja natural en el momento. Tendrían que arreglar de otra forma la luz verde de la Wi-Fi router de la habitación, pues por la noche está la habitación alumbrada de color verde( mínimamente)

Luxury, privacy, and exceptional staff and facilities

아름다운 카스카이스
Pros:

카스카이스는 리스본에서 차로 30분 정도 거리에 있는 작은 도시이며 호텔 위치는 바닷가여서 호텔방이 2층이었는데 바다가 보였어요
방은 조용하고 넓고 쾌적했습니다
호카곳까지 차로 15분 정도,아름다운 바다를 끼고 멋진 산책길이 있어 여유로운 여행을 원하는 사람들에겐 최고입니다 호텔 시설,조식 모두 만족했습니다
바닷가 쪽으로 식당 카페 있는데 다만 편의시설은 좀 걷거나 차로 5분정도 가야 있어요

조식 메뉴가 좀 다양했으면 좋았겠어요 4박 5일동안 있었는데 메뉴가 같았어요

Vacanza degna di un Re.
Pros:

Struttura eccezionale, colazione, dimensioni della camera, pulizia, gentilezza e precisione del personale, tutto veramente perfetto. La SPA è meravigliosa sotto ogni aspetto. La posizione è stupenda, proprio vicino alla marina di Cascais, da lì si arriva a Sintra e Lisbona in pochissimo tempo. E' un posto sognante. Capisco perché l'ultimo re d'Italia lo avesse scelto come luogo del suo esilio.

Sehr sauber & sehr große Zimmer. Personal super freundlich.

Cons:

Gym ist leider absolut garnicht gut. Frühstück auch leider nicht ganz so wie man sich das erwartet.
