Pros:

המיקום מצוין והחדר נקי

Cons:

המיטה מאד לא נוחה. כל תנועה של בן הזוג בצד שלו הורגשה מאד בצד שלי.
בנוסף, וילון ההחשכה בחדר תלוי באופן שלא מאפשר לסגור אותו עד הסוף כך שלא ניתן להחשיך את החדר.

Nice but one staff is not where she should be
Pros:

The person that was at the reception when we arrived on Saturday night was really welcoming and smiling

Cons:

On Sunday morning we had the worst experience with a young lady with dark hair : speak so low you can not hear her
She is not smiling at all, you have the impression you disturb her : she should do another job and not be at a desk to serve customers !!!!

המלון ממוקם באזור מרכזי מאוד, קרוב לים, למסעדות וכו' ונוח להגיע ממנו רגלית כמעט לכל מקום.
צוות המלון אדיב בצורה יוצאת דופן, נענה בחיוך לכל בקשה ושאלה והורגש מאוד ששירות מעולה הוא חלק מתפיסת העולם של המקום.
ארוחת הבוקר מיוחדת מאוד (לא כשרה), כיאה למסעדת שף שמספקת אותה.
אנחנו בחרנו בחדר הקטן, שהיה נקי ונעים, אבל ממש קטן יחסית, ולכן בפעם הבאה נזמין את החדר הגדול יותר (וללא ספק נחזור).

Cons:

לא באמת ניתן לשפר כי כך נבנה הבניין, אבל החדר שקיבלנו היה קטן מאוד.
בפעם הבאה שנבוא (וללא ספק נחזור), נבחר חדר גדול יותר.

חופשה מפנקת, תמורה מלאה ומעבר למחיר ששילמנו. ממליצים מאוד, ועוד נחזור .

חדר נעים ומרווח, צוות שירותי ונדיב, נענה לכל הבקשות שלנו ברצון ובלב רחב , מקלחת נקייה ומרווחת. ארוחת בוקר שהיינו שבעים ממנה עד הערב :)

דלת השירותים לא אטומה מספיק ולא אוטמת רעש.

Super Aufenthalt und sehr hohe Qualität
Pros:

Super Lage, sehr zuvorkommendes Personal. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, man erhält eine praktische Tüte mit Tüchern und Wasser für den Strandbesuch. Das Frühstücksbuffet is reichlich gefüllt am Wochenende mit speziellen Leckereien. Das Hotel hat sein vielen Jahren immernoch die gleichbleibende hohe Qualität.

Cons:

Unter der Woche ist das Frühstücksbüffet nicht so toll wie am Wochenende. Da finde ich, dass es sich nicht lohnt mit Frühstück zu buchen.
