Hotel pruža izvrsnu uslugu, udobnost i odličnu atmosferu te bih ga svakako preporučila drugima.
Pros:

Boravak u hotelu za doček Nove godine bio je izuzetno ugodan i ostavio je vrlo pozitivan dojam. Osoblje je iznimno ljubazno, profesionalno i uvijek na raspolaganju, što je uvelike pridonijelo osjećaju dobrodošlice i opuštenosti tijekom cijelog boravka.

Soba je bila vrlo udobna, čista i topla, idealna za zimski period. Posebno bih pohvalila udobnost kreveta i mirnu atmosferu, koja je omogućila kvalitetan odmor. Doručak je bio raznovrstan, svjež i ukusan, s dovoljno izbora za različite ukuse, što je bio savršen početak dana.

Lokacija hotela je odlična.

Cons:

Kao manju manu mogu navesti nedostatak vlastitog parkinga, kao i pogled iz sobe koji nije bio naročito atraktivan, no to ni u kojem slučaju nije umanjilo cjelokupno pozitivno iskustvo.

Ljubazna recepcionerka Barbara na recepciji koja je bila od pomoci, odlican miran hotel na super lokaciji. Mogucnost iznajmljivanja parkirnog mjesta sto je bio veliki plus za nas.

für unsere Städetour ausreichend und gut, für Kurztrip würden wir auch wieder kommen
Pros:

Hotel gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmittelns zu erreichen, gute Lage, für Kurzurlaub ausreichend, Meer/Badestrand fußläufig zu erreichen, es gibt auch einen kleinen Wanderpfasdin der Nähe

Cons:

Balkon war leider nicht mit Meerblick, da zwischen zwei Hauswänden und auch zu nah am Nachbarbalkon, dort wurde geraucht, die Bilder haben uns suggeriert, dass wir übers Meer schauen und sozusagen luftig sitzen können

Excellent stay at hotel Perla
Pros:

Location, location, location, for trips, public transport to old town, 5 min walk to peninula and sea views with great sunsets and variety of restaurants in easy walking distance. All the staff at Hotel Perla were very helpful and gave excellent service.

Cons:

Size of pillows (too big), but that was quickly resolved by the staff.

Pros:

The hotel is spotlessly clean with comfortable beds, the room was bright and airy with modern decor. The location was great for visiting Dubrovnik the bus stop was local, staff were very helpful and there are plenty of option to eat nearby.

The shower! Small but powerful.
Friendly staff.

Cons:

Small room for a twin room.
Did not like booking twin room but bed joined up together.
Basic kettle & tea + coffee weren’t included :((
Desk wasn’t cleaned properly.
Area is close to the beach and restaurants. Although old town is easy to reach by bus - bus ride can be super painful (so full!!)

Loved the location but wish the hotel was a bit more polished with amenities and more friendly service.
Pros:

Fabulous location away from the Old City crowds in an area on the Lapad promenade where you can walk, take dips in the Adriatic Sea, and dine at a few cafes scattered along the way. Bus stop is only a few blocks away and bus came every 15 minutes for Old Town. If you purchase the Dubrovnik Pass for the city wall walk it includes bus fare. Also, some great restaurants in walking range from hotel. Calmer here

Cons:

No amenities such as shampoo, conditioner or lotion. TP holder was broken and housekeeping never bothered to fix it. Only one bath towel and hand towel available. When arrived, waiter from their restaurant was sitting in for reception and did not know much about checking us in. Later I came down to ask a question and there was no one at reception and I had to go into the restaurant and find someone to help me. Reception throughout seem to be their only to man the desk. Not that helpful. A basic bones property.

Buena ubicacion en zona de hoteles y restaurantes a 3 km de la ciudad amurallada , Nos trasladamos en bus con la tarejeta Dubrovnik card (para la muralla,museos y transporte ) facil y buena frecuencia
Habitacion confortable ,
Desayuno con pago extra 15 euros (falta opcion sin gluten y sin lacteos)
El restaurante , las porcionoes son muy pequeñas para el precio .
