Will definitely go back again
Pros:

Excellent stay friendly helpful staff .. breakfast was excellent great variety and lovely cooked English breakfast .. facilities and the location good

Room excellent, staff friendly, breakfast very poor.
Pros:

Room was big and well presented, lovely and clean, warm, super sized clean comfy bed, plenty of storage.
Good nights sleep.
En-suite was the same - very good sized, clean, shower over bath, no faults at all.
Tea/coffee making facilities good.
The concierge was friendly and chatty, welcomed us. All the staff were friendly.

Cons:

Sadly the self service breakfast was cheap and bland. Congealed fried eggs, and probably cash & carry basic breakfast items in rather outdated and soul-less surroundings.

Well with the money.

Wonderful staff in a wonderful location, means we’d return to this top hotel without hesitation.

Extended our stay
Pros:

Such friendly staff. Lovely clean and comfy bed. Generous room sizes.

Cons:

Pool area needs a little updating especially the changing rooms. But water and pool clean, hot tub old but clean, towels fresh every day.

Great for seeing Devon - peaceful clean and good energy.
Pros:

Rob on reception was a super host and provided excellent customer service - the rest of the team were nice too.

Pros:

Our room was gorgeous with sweet smelling bedclothes and all impeccably clean. Bed very comfortable and warm. Tea and coffee provided and plenty of towels in bathroom with super hot water. Staff so helpful and pleasant. Loved it

Would have been even better if meals could be provided in evening
