Great location, staff and room size but not clean enough.
Pros:

Amazing location and really friendly and helpful staff. The superior double room was very large.

Cons:

The room was not cleaned well. Bathroom was run down with paint coming off and build up of dust in too many places. There were also several clothes moths so I had to freeze all my clothes on return.

Excellent value stay.
Pros:

The place is scruffy from the outside, but the new owners are working through the inside first.
The staff at reception were very friendly, and told us we'd been upgraded to a suite.
The room was very large, freshly decorated, with a very modern en-suite fitment.
Breakfast was excellent quality, and unlimited portions.
My wide had an hours swim in the inside pool.
Very conveniently situated for the seafront.

Cons:

There is a bar, but no beers or ciders on draught.
The outside is tired, but they will get there.
Parking is £9 a day for residents.

I felt like a king for a day, wonderful stay!
