Oban Inn

Dined at the restaurant. Exquisite food in a lovely dining room. Attentive friendly table service by Alexa on a quiet Sunday night.

The hotel staff was courteous and friendly. The room was clean and spacious. I needed to have a lightbulb changed and it was promptly addressed by maintenance. The parking lot was secure. The library was a lovely place to find some quiet.

Restaurant and Bar were closed. Went for our anniversary, we wanted to toast.
Pool was not open either

Wonderful on all counts

The grounds were beautiful, the room was lovely. Clise to everything. Dinner at the restaurant was excellent. Staff were helpful and friendly. Lots of free parking. Beautiful place.

Excellent boutique Inn with a spa. Set aside from the main strip the property is beautiful with lovely gardens. The rooms are clean and modern. The breakfast was fantastic. Second time staying here and will return.

Beautiful location next to the lake and close to town

We had friends visiting us for a week and decided to end our visit with a stay at the beautiful Oban Inn. Location and premises are perfect.
We began our stay with beverages in the beautiful garden and enjoyed a delicious dinner in their dining room.

Our friends stayed in the main building, we were in a second building. Rooms were a good size with a comfortable bed. We had to leave early to get our friends to the airport and the staff made sure our breakfast was served quickly.

Sorry our stay was so short. Hope to come back again soon.

I like the comfort, the quietness and the urbanity of the staff. I didn't like the lack of place to hang wet towels.

The pool and hot tub were not in service. For the amount I paid to stay there, I was expecting to use the advertised amenities.

We were only there for a night. Staff very friendly and the room was lovely. We’d go back.

The property has gorgeous landscaping and is very walkable to the golf course and shops and restaurants. The spa was fairly priced for a wonderful treatment.

Great place to stay for visiting area wineries.

The Oban Inn has always been one of our favorite stays.

Pool closed by health Dept. Food terrible. Kitchen poorly run.. A disgrace! Hotel no one in charge. I got a full refund. Never will stay there again. Not safe. Looks like amateur cooking. Should have Health and Fire inspections. Owner dont care.

We stayed at Niagara on the Lake for one night and loved our stay at the Oban Inn. Lovely and clean room, peaceful and nice bathroom.

Outstanding experience. Hadn’t eaten here for about three years. Delighted to report restaurant superb. Ambiance, food and service high class throughout. Jimmy our server was great and helped to make a memorable evening. Wouldn’t hesitate to either return or recommend. Keep up the great work.

No fan in the bathroom

The hotel made a great first impression on arrival—it’s in a stunning location with lots of potential. However, we were disappointed by how poorly maintained the exterior was. Several areas, especially around the gym, were covered in spider webs, and our outdoor patio had broken decking and mildew, making it feel neglected.

The inn does have a pool, which is a nice bonus, but it’s quite small and unfortunately offers no parasols or shaded areas, which made relaxing there difficult in the heat.

The food, however, was very good and definitely a highlight of our stay.

Sadly, our friends’ room was unimpressive and left them disappointed.

With a bit of TLC and attention to detail, this place could be truly fantastic.
