Nice and central
Pros:

A large clean room, complementary water and coffee

Cons:

No air condition, only a ventilation
During the summer for me it’s a nightmare to sleep in such a heat
Mosquitos from the lake and no nets on the windows

Localização excelente, atendimento dos funcionários, café da manhã muito bom servido em área aberta e muito agradável, bastante variedade. Cama macia , edredom ótimo.

Cons:

O ralo do banheiro não esgota a agua direito e a porta do banheiro não fechava direito de forma que vazava agua no banheiro, mas o pior de tudo era o ar condicionado portátil que o cabo ficava p fora da janela ou solto no chão dentro do quarto além de ser muito barulhento, quarto quente e liguei o ventilador. Não havia blecaute, quarto claro e a janela de madeira para fora difícil de fechar devido a distancia da trava. Sofrível.

Pros:

Очень уютный отель в тихом месте Люцерна. Заселили мгновенно, отвезли наше авто на парковку. Завтрак щедрый и сытный. Понравился также обед в их ресторане, хорошо готовят и очень приятный внутренний двор, где стоят столики. Номер понравился, особое пожелание было выполнено, за что огромное спасибо! Здание историческое, запрет на установку стационарных кондиционеров решён напольным кондиционером с выводом воздуховода за окно: жара была под 40 и это было очень кстати.

Pros:

A pochi passi dalla stazione dei treni, dalla passeggiata lungo lago e dal centro storico, l’albergo offre camere confortevoli e luminose. Ottima la colazione; personale disponibile e accogliente. Acqua sempre disponibile, e’ possibile lasciare i bagagli dopo il check-out.

위치는 중심가와 가깝고 버스 정류장이 호텔 바로 앞.. 정원이 이쁨

Cons:

폭염주의보에 에어컨이 없이 소음이 큰 선풍기 한대에 의존 (스위스기준 4성급호텔??). 매우 매우 더워 잠을 자기 힘들었음..

nice location exceptional staff but property needs some update
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent. The hotel staff were exceptional. The property being quite old AC was not present in all rooms. The larger double bed room had AC but the single bed for our son had no AC in sultering 97 degree weather. The front desk staf were helpful in moving him to a fortunately vacant double bed room with AC. It would have been very difficult without it

Cons:

Property needs updating. AC needs to be in every room.

Lovely stay in Lucerne
Pros:

The location was perfect. Easy to get to by bus from the train station, though not a long walk either. Beautiful older building, peaceful garden out front to have a drink, breakfast ,or dinner. Very quiet rooms. Walking distance to everything.

Winter hotel
Pros:

1-Winter hotel
2-feel traditional swiss style
3-Nice staff and professional hoteliers

Cons:

-very very very hot room
-no air condition
-I didn’t sleep and my son too for 2 nights in our stay.
-I have to take 4 times showers a day.
-staff tried kindly and nice provided us a fan .
-beds very very uncomfortable
-fridge not cooling to drink cold water .
-breakfast just ok without many choices.
-curtains without blind (just a cloth )
-The hotel is not a 4 star (bed and breakfast)
-the price too expensive for the room

Pros:

Thanks to the anon cleaning staff who figured out (without even being asked) we were new to the room cooler and discreetly showed us how to use it so we didn't swelter during the stay, otherwise it would have been quite unpleasant given the heat wave in summer. Central location, Lucerne HB station is a 12-min walk, multiple tourist stops, shopping streets, restaurants, and the lake all accessible within 5 mins on foot. Area felt safe and lively without being noisy. Restaurant and food excellent, worth a revisit. Staff friendly, accommodating and helpful, helped to make a good stay into a great one.
