Pros:

The staff was super helpful.. they made my one day trip amazing..
The location was great. Breakfast was nice

Cons:

The building wld shake a little whever the bus passed by.
I wish there was a kettle in the room

Great place to stay
Pros:

Lovely staff! The restaurant was very good. The location was excellent. Loved it that we could open the windows. The room was very clean.

Cons:

Nothing — maybe the beds were a little soft. But really very minor.

Great stat, round highly recommend!
Pros:

The charm, the location, wonderful breakfast and two windows for cross ventilation in our room! Nice shower and big barhriim.

Best service level and food quality in a "hidden gem" hotel
Pros:

Central location yet off the main tourist places. The staff was very attentive without being too intrusive - just the right type of customer orientation. The quality of the food in the restaurant was outstanding - the menu was limited but the ingredients of excellent quality.

Cons:

The room was not suitable for 3.
