Warm comfortable room. Spacious and clean. Good facilities and well maintained gardens

The quality of food offering needs improving. Main course at dinner in particular. Dining room is large and clinical more like a canteen. It was fairly cold in the evening

Friendly staff, lovely location very clean

It's a little bit dated that's still very comfortable.
I didn't have a kettle or coffee machine, teabags, or sugar in the room, which would've made it more enjoyable

Spanish Hotel
Pros:

A very Spanish affair!
Only guests were Saga and Spaniards at the weekend .(not that there is anything wrong with that)
Beautiful setting in the nature reserve and fabulous walks. February very quite in small village with not many bars/restaurants open.
Hotel staff really friendly and helpful, nothing too much trouble.
All inclusive food was basic but salads good.
Rooms clean and although a bit tired perfectly comfortable.

Pros:

El personal es súper amable y simpático. El hotel está situado muy cerca del pueblo y del puerto pesquero, ideal para pasear sin usar vehículos. Las camas y las almohadas son súper cómodas, y las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas.

Cons:

El bufé de la cena es escaso en variedad, y la comida no está buena. Por ejemplo, la sopa estaba aguada y los tomates de la ensalada estaban verdes y sin sabor.. y lo más importante! Las bebidas las cobran, aunque sea media pensión.. 2,5€ cada Coca Cola.

Las habitaciones están muy limpias, pero en la nuestra había hormigas en el baño, y bichos en la habitación, quizás porque pegaba al jardín. Encontramos una araña gigante en mitad de la habitación.

La calidad de los productos frescos estaba muy bien, pero por desgracia pocos.
Francis fue un amor con nosotros en el comedor

El parking tiene cargo extra, que tienes que pagar si o si por la ubicación del hotel, este cargo se podría revisar para aplicar solo en temporada alta.

Pagamos media pensión, bebidas a parte, sin incluir el agua km0 que es el agua que se ofrece.

La variedad de fruta fresca en el desayuno también es de hacerse mirar, un buffet muy industrial con bollería, fritos y cafe y zumos en polvo.

El personal es muy atento y simpatico pero por desgracia no parecen estar motivados
