if you make the mistake of booking the room directly at the reception, you will be surprised that the price is almost double compared to booking.com. and the parking is not included in the price, you will have to pay separately for parking. the bar opens only at 8 am, if you are a morning person, you will not be able to serve a coffee. the bathroom does not excel in cleanliness. if your car is more towards the limousine class, you will have problems with the underground parking which is very cramped, great care. otherwise the staff is ok
All perfect as always.
Excellent location
Good location for us very friendly staff breakfast was good Room was clean nice roof bar watching the sun set
Great location in Burgos. I'll come back to this property.
Mordern styled hotel in a goof location just a few minues walk from the main square. Underground paking availble for arounf €15. However the garage is extremely tight. Modern rooms but didn't find the bed comfortable.
Nice property. In the center and close to everything
When you book a hotel with air conditioner, you expect to sleep with air conditioner. You spend the whole day outside and just want to have a nice rest at night. It turns out that they turn off the a/c precisely at night, when you most need it. I had to wake up at midnight to go down to the lobby to report the a/c was not working. The response was that they turn it off at night and that I should open my window (meaning have all the light enter my room early and have the noise disturb us). This is not what I paid for. Had an awful night. I noticed several rooms had their windows open and you could see the people sleeping with no privacy. I do not recommend the hotel.
Great location and lovely staff
The hotel needs a renovation. The beds are hard and furniture is uncomfortable. Did not get housekeeping service. I visited the hotel 3 years ago and is not the same. I will stay elsewhere for my next visit.
Very friendly welcome by one particular individual although rest of the reception staff not particularly friendly. Room was nice but twin beds touching and not easy to move. The coffee machine was broken and rather than replace it we had to request hot drinks from reception. Overall a good hotel in a central location.
Very welcoming and friendly check-in experience. Great location and lovely room. Only criticism is that the twin beds are not separated at all and we had to completely rearrange the room ourselves to make space between the beds.
Lovely hotel. Great location in a Burgos. Efficient service and good food for breakfast and lunch. Comfortable room with spacious bathroom room. Bed linens and mattress very comfortable. Bar service friendly. Burgos was a very interesting city.
The location was perfect, close to everything. The room was unbearably hot and the AC did not work. We didn't like having a room facing an inner courtyard where you could see into all the other rooms. And there were some very noisy children in the room next to ours.
Its proximity to downtown
With no bar or food available at weekends this is just not acceptable for a hotel that thinks it is 4 stars. Coffee machine at breakfast room broken for three days and breakfast staff rude. Living on past glories I am afraid. Disappointing and hope for better service next time.
We booked for 2 nights and had a very Clean large room with Comfortable bed. Unfortunately our room opened to a courtyard with no direct sunlight or fresh air. The air conditioner was only blowing heat and we had to open our door to the hallway to cool our room. Terrible layout. Added benefit of a banging noise 24/7 in the courtyard which we could hear even with the window closed. Not worth the money!!!
The property was lovely but the bar tender was extremely rude. He acted like it was a burden that we entered and asked to order drinks. He had a personal friend sitting at the bar visiting with him and all he did was talk to his friend. He never once passed by the table to see if we wanted another round. We had to approach the bar to request the bill. This was the worst service I ever received in my life. This hotel would have easily been 4 or 5 star rating based on the location and rooms but this bar tender was a zero making it impossible for my to feel good about or ever want to return to this property. Horrible Horrible service.
A four star hotel that does not have a bar open due to private events is not a four star hotel. No notification of bar closure, when I had organized as a meeting place for 9 guests is simply not acceptable. The hotel is becoming tired and the bathrooms need renovating. Not worth the money.
Great lcation
I would have given the hotel at least 4 stars however, for the first time ever, anywhere, they could not get me a cup of coffee in the morning. I did not book breakfast and the restaurant was full. However they could not even make me a takeaway coffee and told me I would have to go to an outside cafe.
