Pros:

Oasi nel centro della città..staff super cordiale e disponibile, colazione un po' a buffet e poi possibilità di ordinare alla carta il salato. Stanza enorme e sempre pulita. Ogni pomeriggio ci hanno lasciato un regalino sul letto. Prezzi del pool bar irrisori. Bravi tutti e grazie, è stato magnifico!

Excellent on a adoré ce séjour au Héritage Suite Hôtel
Pros:

Personnel vraiment très attentionné et souriant. Très bon accueil . service personnalisé. Calme avec beaucoup de verdure . Lobby/bar/restaurant de style colonial très joli, spacieux, lumineux et aéré . La suite avec piscine très jolie !

Cons:

Nous étions 3 amis dans la suite et nous avons eu seulement une clef, ce n’est pas pratique

An enjoyable stay with unbelievable staff.
Pros:

The staff were absolutely exceptional. A huge thank you to all of them for their hard work. The wifi was also surprisingly good and the rooms were very clean. The location was also great.

Cons:

There were some strange room design choices made. For example one of the rooms we booked was the residence suite but whilst the room was enormous, the garden area was tiny which made us feel like we shouldn’t have booked that room and paid all the extra costs for doing so. But there’s always something with boutique hotels, this just happened to be this hotel’s quirk.

Idyllic and charming
Pros:

Very charming hotel with incredible staff who were so helpful. We used the spa too and it was magical. Breakfast was a mix of buffet and à la carte and it was delicious. They have tuk tuks related to the hotel so you can get around easily. It was perfect for our stay

An excellent hotel for a stay in Siem Reap and visiting the temples
Pros:

The check-in was very warm. The room, nicely decorated and very clean, matched the description: very spacious and comfortable, with all the usual necessary amenities. The hotel is ideally located, very close to downtown Siem Reap (a 5-minute tuk-tuk ride from the Central Market) without being exposed to noise, as it’s in a quiet neighborhood. The hotel’s common areas, nestled in a mini tropical forest, are extremely pleasant and give the place a very charming “natural” feel. There’s a beautiful pool with a pool bar. The hotel restaurant, serving both local and international dishes, is very good. The hotel also features a very pleasant spa. The staff (reception, restaurant, spa, housekeeping) are exceptionally attentive and always very helpful, meticulous in their attention to detail, smiling, welcoming, and warm—which is very pleasant and deserves special mention. Many thanks again to them for making this stay so enjoyable.

Staff were lovely. Nice location away from hustle and bustle. Not far to take a tuk tuk to markets and pub street.

Mooi hotel om heerlijk uit te rusten na een bezoek aan de Ankor tempels
Pros:

Prachtig hotel, in mooie tuin met heerlijk zwembad, goed restaurant en heel vriendelijke medewerkers. Kwartier lopen van de oude markt maar vlak bij het Nationaal museum en een gloednieuwe overcomplete supermarkt.

Cons:

De bedden waren erg hard en we misten een werktafeltje of bureautje in onze pool suite.
