Pros:

Everything was perfect. You just have to know that they have a la carte breakfast (which I prefer), well woth to wait - fresh and tasty.

Staff were lovely. Nice location away from hustle and bustle. Not far to take a tuk tuk to markets and pub street.
Pros:

Beautiful room with own pool. Gardens were pretty. Room was lovely and clean.

Mooi hotel om heerlijk uit te rusten na een bezoek aan de Ankor tempels
Pros:

Prachtig hotel, in mooie tuin met heerlijk zwembad, goed restaurant en heel vriendelijke medewerkers. Kwartier lopen van de oude markt maar vlak bij het Nationaal museum en een gloednieuwe overcomplete supermarkt.

Cons:

De bedden waren erg hard en we misten een werktafeltje of bureautje in onze pool suite.

Simply lovely....I would return if I came back to Siem Reap.

Pros:

Beautiful building; Very friendly staff; Nice pool area (water bit chilly though); Good athmosphere; Decent value for money. The hotel is in a relatively quiet area: best to rent a bike to get around and into the action of the center of Siem Reap (10 minutes bike ride) Cycling to Ankor Wat on a 'city bike' takes 25-35 minutes; Angkor Thom 30-40. We found that the best way to see everything at our own pace.

Cons:

The breakfast bufet and additional menu offer somewhat limited choice but this is certainly no reason to avoid this hotel.
We were caught off guard when the poison-crew came to smoke the mosquito's out. As a result we were smoked out too and so where butterflies, birds, etc. There might be other (more animal/human friendly) ways to deal with mosquito's.

Tres bel hotel mais un peu cher par rapport au reste de Siem Reap.
Pros:

L'hotel est vraiment tres beau (conforme aux photos).
Le personnel est d'une gentillesse extraordinaire, toujours avec le sourire et avec douceur. Les chambres sont tres confortables et propres.

Cons:

J'ai malheureusement experimenté la presence d'une souris dans ma chambre qui m'a empeché de dormir (+ crottes dans la salle de bain le lendemain matin, et fruits grignotés).
l'hotel n'a pas pu m'attribuer une autre chambre, ils ont posé un piege qui a marché ! (intervention de qq a 4h du matin pour sortir la souris). Mais l'hotel m'a offert un Diner ainsi qu'une remise sur un soin au spa pour compenser.
Le petit dejeuner n'est malheureusement pas pret a 6h : il faut prendre son temps ! et garder le sourire !

The staff were so warm and welcoming . Mr phryun in addition to all the staff were amazing. My husband was not feeling quite well and they were so kind and concerned about his well being
