Geweldige kamer, toplocatie, superlief personeel. We konden op dag van vertrek nog zwembadhanddoeken lenen van hen, dat was erg fijn. Leuk buitenzwembad.

posizione perfetta. Circondato da ristoranti dall'ottimo rapporto q/p e ad un passo dall'Oceanografico e dal museo delle scienze. 10 minuti di Uber dal mercato centrare e le altre attrazioni storiche. Staff gentile , preparato, organizzato e fattivamente di aiuto.

HOTEL MODERNO Y BIEN UBICADO, DADO QUE ESTÁ ENTRE UNOS GRANDES ALMACENES MUY CONOCIDOS Y UN CENTRO COMERCIAL. MUCHA Y MUY VARIADA RESTAURACION EN LOS ALREDEDORES. AL LADO DE LA CIUDAD DE LAS CIENCIAS Y LAS ARTES, MUY BIEN COMUNICADO POR TRANSPORTE PÚBLICO.

EL TRATO AIRADO Y DESAGRADABLE DE LA PERSONA QUE NOS ATENDIÓ EN RECEPCIÓN. NOS CULPÓ POR NO HABER APARCADO EN LA ZONA CORRECTA DEL GARAJE CUANDO RESULTA QUE NO SE LEVANTÓ LA BARRERA QUE PERMITÍA EL ACCESO A LA ZONA DE PARKING ACOTADA POR EL HOTEL. NO SE DISCULPÓ POR SU ACTITUD EN NINGÚN MOMENTO, NO NOS OFRECIÓ UN PLANO DE LA ZONA, NI INDICACIONES DE LOS SERVICIOS DE LOS ALREDEDORES. PARA COMPLETAR EL PANORAMA, SE EQUIVOCARON AL REALIZAR EL CHECK IN Y ADJUDICARON LA HABITACIÓN A UNA PERSONA DISTINTA DE LA QUE HABÍA HECHO LA RESERVA.
