Pros:

Es la cuarta o quinta vez que vamos a este hotel y nos gusta sobre todo por la ubicación, ya que tenemos la ciudad de las artes a lado y si quieres ir al centro, el autobús 94 lo tienes prácticamente en la puerta del hotel. Alrededor del hotel hay muchísimos bares y restaurantes para cenar muy bien y el centro comercial Aqua enfrente, ideal. Las habitaciones grandes y cómodas.

Cons:

Desde que estamos yendo a este hotel, desde que era al principio del grupo Meliá siempre nos ha gustado mucho, pero se nota que pasa el tiempo y se nota mucho en los baños, puertas que no abren y cierran bien por que rozan una barbaridad en el suelo, los grifos de los bidet le falta la pieza final del chorro y va donde quiere mojando todo como te descuides, vimos un escarabajo que se escondía debajo de un plato de ducha, la cisterna del WC tarda un montón en llenarse y el lavabo no desagua por qué el tapón no sube lo suficiente, tuve que quitarlo para que no se llenase de agua. Estas cosas hay que repasarlas por qué el hotel lo vale y no te puedes llevar una mala impresión por un poco de mantenimiento.

Pros:

Buena ubicación y con piscina exterior.

Cons:

Se nota que tiene Spa pues nada más entrar viene el olor a piscina y resulta un poco desagradable. No sabíamos lo grande que era hasta que llegamos. Es un mega hotel por lo que siempre hay eventos y mucho movimiento y jaleo de gente en la planta baja. Nos ofrecieron servicio para dejar las maletas gratis.

la ubicación para ir a ver el Oceanografic no puede ser mejor, muchas opciones para desayunar...cenar...se puede aparcar, la habitación para 3 muy amplia.

Cons:

para hacerlo mas comodo aun le pondría unas perchas en el baño para colgar las toallas, no hay donde dejarlas y en la habitación falta algunos cajones en mesilla o mesa. por lo demas es perfecto.

The personal all very nice

Cons:

No coffee machine at the room. The lifts are impossible. They should make it friendly to use the stairs, and avoid people from the lower floors using the lifts, that are far from serving their proposal.
