A Fabulous all round Hotel.....
Pros:

Room was very clean, modern and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. All staff were helpful, positive and professional. The outside terraces were spotlessly clean with interesting furniture. The food was of a high standard and delicious and reasonably priced. An ideal base to explore a fabulous city.

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, muy cerca del Oceanográfico y la Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias, relativamente cerca de la playa, pero un poco alejado del centro. La habitación y el baño son muy espaciosos. El parking muy cómodo y no demasiado caro (16€/noche).

Cons:

El agua de la piscina un poco turbia.

El lugar precioso.

Cons:

Al llegar había un calcetin en la zona del detector de humos, no nos cambiaron de habitación. Y calidad/precio lo encontramos caro por no incluir almenos 1h del circuito spa. Nos podrían haber recompensado por el mal rato de entrar en la habitación y encontrar el calcetín de otra persona.

Está todo muy bien.
Las habitaciones amplias, los aseos con separación de inodoro y con ducha con amplio plato.
Muy bien.
Y en cuanto a las instalaciones comunes, geniales, el restaurante muy bien, la cafetería estupenda con horario hasta la 1 de la madrugada, y el jardín y la piscina muy cómodas y proporcionales a la dimensión del hotel, así como el parking, muy cómodo perfecto para el usuario.
En fin un hotel excelente y muy recomendable.

Großes Zimmer, nettes Personal, gut organisiertes Frühstück, gute Lage, Parkgarage

Cons:

Aufzüge extrem langsam, Klimaanlage teilweise verbesserungswürdig.
Klimaanlage hat in Zimmer 702 gefühlt nicht funktioniert, die Fenster lassen sich nicht öffnen, Bettgestelle quietschen beim Atmen.
Da in der Umgebung kaum Parkplätze zu finden sind, wäre eine verbilligte Benützung der Parkgarage bei längerem Aufenthalt wünschenswert.
