Cons:

Boy, der aufs Zimmer begleitet hat, hat 5 Euro bekommen und hat aber beo 10 Euroschein Differenzbetrag nicht zurückgegeben. Trotz Aufforderung unehrlich.

Pros:

The two ladies working there are extremely nice and helpful. Helped with parking, with the room, with our car rental issues. The location is amazing - close to center. They have some parking of their own (with cost). Rooms are very clean. Breakfast is very nice.

Very well located, clean, and friendly
Pros:

The location is fantastic - it’s within a short walking distance of many of the main sights and attractions in Florence. Staff were friendly. The room and hotel in general were very clean and the bed was super comfortable! There were nice fresh baguettes and pastries for breakfast.

Cons:

There was quite a lot of noise from rubbish collections just outside the property in the mornings. The bathroom was so small that it was a bit awkward to get in and out of. A window was coming off its hinge (which staff offered to get repaired during our visit), and the heating in the room kept turning itself back on even after being switched off.

Soberba! vista óptima, e staff.
Pros:

Pequeno almoço com bastante variedade, e coisas frescas. Adorei a funcionária muitoooo querida e sempre atenta aos pedidos dos hóspedes.

Cons:

Só não gostei que quando fornecem os produtos para os cuidados de higiene, sejam em unidoses. A serem, entreguem mais. De resto nada mais a apontar.

Acollidor amb esplèndides vistes
Pros:

Un hotel petit situat en un edifici del XIX amb un acollidora cort. És a l'altre riva de l'Arno en un barri força tranquil i encantador, a 10 minuts a peu del Palau Pitti, però prou prop del centre. L'habitació és espaiosa i moderna, amb unes vistes esplèndides sobre Florència i l'Arno. El personal és molt atent i agradable. Té una terrassa molt bonica.

Cons:

L'habitació té un penjador llarg per a deixar les coses i també calaixos, hagués preferit si el penjador hagués estat un armari. Al lavabo no hi ha gaire espai per les coses de toileta.

Very polite staff at the reception. Fine breakfast and nice helpful Polish lady making tasty coffee during the breakfast.
Free water, coffee and a croissant during the day. Great hotel location in walking distance from the City center. Parking place.
