Sehr schön und weiterzuempfehlen.
Pros:

Das Personal war super engagiert und hilfsbereit. Da das Zimmer in der ersten Nacht zur Straße ging, baten wir um ein ruhigeres Zimmer und dieses wurde problemlos mit einem schöneren, größerem und neu ausgestattetem am nächsten Tag getauscht.

Cons:

Etwas unangenehm, dass die Vögel (Spatzen und Tauben) beim Frühstück auf der Terrasse über "Tisch und Bänke" gehen...

Great location, the apartment could use some updates
Pros:

We were assigned the apartment upon arrival for three people. We booked through travel agent who told us that breakfast was included but actually breakfast was not included with the apartment. The shower was small and the caulking around the door was falling off. The shower drain was plugged up so water drained slowly.

Great hotel, good location.
Pros:

Stayed for two nights. Hotel appears to have been built into an older building. Not a negative at all. Far from it. About a 20 min walk from Firenze rail station. Staff are great. Hotel is clean and room changes each day. Close to Florence centre. 10 - 15 min walk to centre. Would recommend this hotel.

Very convenient location and comfortable stay
Pros:

The hotel is in a convenient location for walking around Florence. The rooms were comfortable and offered enough space to move around and store luggage. I did not like the towels; They were too thin. Breakfasts were good.

This is a little Gem of a place. Within walking distance of the bridge. But please note we walked a a slow pace due to my disability.
Breakfast was excellent.
Staff super friendly.
Will definitely stay again!!!

Away from the hubbub within walking distance of 'everything'
Pros:

Hotel Silla is in an old palace that you enter through a beautiful courtyard. Its location across the Arno put it far enough away from the hubbub but close enough to all the major attractions. Staff was friendly and helpful in providing advice and getting taxis. The excellent breakfast provided a range of options. There is a nice terrace area where people can bring their pizza or get a drink. It is an excellent three-star hotel!
