Good after resolution on the room.
Pros:

Very good breakfast; quiet location next to Piazza Michelangelo; the double front-facing rooms are lovely.

Cons:

The first family room (room 36) we were offered was very poor quality, old, dark, weak air con, not as per the photos - there are no photos of this room on booking.com. After some negotiation, we paid extra to upgrade to 2 double rooms. Once this was resolved, we had a good stay.

Pros:

Great location, with a bus stop close by for easy access to the train station. A short walk from the center of the old town. Very comfortable and clean rooms. The breakfast was excellent, and you could sit on the terrace with a view of the river.

The hotel is in an excellent location, the breakfast is excellent, and the rooms are very clean.

Cons:

There are no proper towels, only ones that are more like rags. The employee who has access to the garage keys forgot to apply the handbrake while moving our car to a different parking spot, so our car almost ended up hitting the wall when we were about to leave.

Die Lage war top, richtig kurze Wege zu Fuß ins Zentrum!
Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich.
Toll war auch die Wasser- und Kaffeestation

Cons:

Im Zimmer hat es sehr komisch und alt gerochen, der Geruch ging auch trotz lüften nicht weg, das Zimmer ist doch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Handtücher haben sich außerdem wie Bettwäsche angefühlt...
Die Parksituation in der Garage war auch sehr abenteuerlich, ich hätte nicht gedacht, dass wir da so problemlos wieder herauskommen

Le seul bémol a été un bruit anormal de la climatisation qui nous a réveillé plusieurs fois dans la nuit: vraiment dommage mais je n'ai aucun doute que le problème sera réglé rapidement
