Gutes Preis-Leistubgsverhältnis mit optimaler Lage
Pros:

Die Lage war super, mit Blick auf Copacabana, schöne Dachterrasse mit Pool, gutes Frühstück mit viel Auswahl. Metro in der Nähe. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten gut erreichbar.

Cons:

Etwas laut auch bei geschlossenem Fenster. Aber noch nicht so schlimm.

Ubicación , lo único que rescato .

De todas formas nunca más vuelvo a alojarme en Copacabana.
Mucha mugre y malos olores .

Cons:

Pagué por una habitacion con vista al mar y me dieron un piso 2 que no podía ver el mar porque tenía unas Carpas gigantes frente a mi ventana .

Nunca me avisaron.
Y cuando pedí cambio para otro piso me dijeron que estaban ocupados .

Tampoco podía hacer uso de las sillas de playa porque la playa frente al hotel estaba cerrada

Las toallas que me dieron eran muy viejas y gastadas...

Desayuno básico, tostadora rota y jugos artificiales .

Super Lage, ansonsten nichts Besonderes!
Pros:

Nicht schlecht, aber auch nichts Besonderes. Die Lage des Hotels ist natürlich super, direkt am Strand, mit Uber schnell zu erreichen, viele Unterhaltungsangebote in der Umgebung, tolle Aussicht!

Diejenigen Mitarbeiter im Hintergrund wirken vielfach bemüht, z.B. beim Frühstück oder auf dem Pooldeck!

Cons:

Das Hotel selbst ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und notwendige Renovierungen hat man nicht durchgeführt, sondern behält die Ausstattung (vor allem im Bad) auf Verschleiß. Auch muss man natürlich wissen, dass die Copacabana stets laut ist, Tag und Nacht, und nicht immer das beste Publikum anzieht...

Was im Hotel aber wirklich stört, ist das erkennbare Ziel einiger Mitarbeiter, möglichst wenig zu arbeiten. Die Rezeption wirkt mitunter lustlos und abends eher abgelenkt durch private Gespräche, die Reinigungskräfte bitten geradezu darum, nicht putzen zu müssen, und wenn man dann nach drei Tagen doch mal darum bittet, bekommt man strafende Blicke...

Our stay at Astoria Palace Hotel was absolutely wonderful. The hotel has an incredible location right in front of Copacabana Beach, with breathtaking ocean views and a beautiful rooftop area. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and very relaxing after a long day exploring Rio de Janeiro. The breakfast was delicious with many fresh options, and the staff was always kind, attentive, and professional. We especially loved the peaceful atmosphere and the amazing view from the rooftop pool. A perfect hotel for anyone wanting to enjoy the beauty and energy of Copacabana in comfort and style. Highly recommended!

Excelente, recomendable, personal con una amabilidad excepcional
Pros:

Personal amable, se dio el tiempo en todo momento de explicar las cosas y aclarar dudas aunque no sabían mucho español.
Habitación siempre limpia, comida del restaurante del hotel exquisita.
Desayuno variado y siempre estaban reponiendo los alimentos.

Cons:

Que espacio de la terraza se hacía pequeño, la mayoría de las veces habían muchas personas y no quedaban mesas para sentarse a disfrutar de las vistas al mar.
