Not my favorite stay at Thanksgiving Point
Pros:

The location
Front desk staff was efficient & friendly

Cons:

The breakfast (egg white omelets -cold- chicken sausage, breakfast potatoes tasted like melted plastic) husband said the waffles were “ok”
Dirty, crusty, washcloths was found behind & under furniture!

Excellent place to stay. Would highly recommend.
Pros:

Location was perfect. We were there to take our granddaughter to Thanksgiving Point which was just down the road. Breakfast just what we expected. The staff member that was taking of the breakfast area was so patient with her.

Cons:

Not a thing.

The lady that helped us with check-in was great--super friendly and very helpful. Really great breakfast--lots of options--the breakfast area staff kept it well stocked and clean.

Disappointed and did not live up to their brand name

Breakfast was fine. Location was great.

Cons:

We were very disappointed that this Hampton Inn, it did not meet up to their brand name. Our room was not cleaned well (lots of dust behind the headboard on the floor. Bathroom floor was not cleaned in corners and very sloppy maintenance and ceiling falling off into the shower. The towels were threadbare and holes. The comforter and sheets were peeling. Just not up to pare at all.

A tad disappointed due to wrong room and dirty bathroom but the rest of the stay was ok.
Pros:

Nice breakfast. Lobby was clean and inviting.

Cons:

Did NOT get the room I requested with 2 queens. Got a king and sleeper sofa. Rim under toilet seat was absolutely filthy and could be seen from doorway with lid open. Base of toilet around screws was very dirty.

Fantastic location for anyone visiting Highland or Lehi UT.
