The laundry facilities were out of order both days
We requested an early check in and the staff was very accommodating.
There was a stain on the side of the bed and on the floor, so it didn't feel very clean.

Older than most Hamptons I stood, breakfast with waffle, pancake and orange juice out of order (and usually I pay more for a Hamptons versus other options due to superior breakfast). Tru would have a better option
The bed was fantastic!
The breakfast on our last morning was not great. No waffles, muffins, milk for cereal, orange juice. There pre-made omelets and potatoes.
The carpet was stained in more than half of the squares, so didn’t really want to walk on it without shoes!
Breakfast was worth the price!

Stairs, hallways, elevator not clean.

What I liked was that everything is nearby, restaurants, freeway, shops... convenience stores
Everything was fine.
The location but when we got to our room the AC didn’t work and they didn’t have any more rooms . They ran my card and I had to wait a few days for refund and had to go to another hotel chain that cost me more and further than my family
Disappointed in Hampton inn . They couldn’t put me in another room. They couldn’t refund me to use at another hotel so that left me no money for my trip cause I had to pay new hotel too
Good
When we arrived after 11 PM, no one was at the front desk. I knocked on every door I could find and searched for about 15 minutes. And then went outside to tell my wife that I couldn’t find anybody to check us in. When I returned, the Night clerk was there. She indicated they were shortstaffed and she was doing lots of different jobs and apologize for not being accessible.
It was fine, a typical hotel. Location was close to highway and Thanksgiving Point.
We booked a double room, and got a king. When we voiced this we were told that they can't control it pretty much and oh well.
The woman at the front desk was kind, a gentleman who works there came behind the desk and was trying to joke around and you could tell the woman was embarrassed and wanted him to be quiet so she could do her job professionally.
Location good
First impression matter, the elevator wall were filthy the entire 5 days we stayed.
The common areas were not great for comfortable visiting.
