We will not stay again because we now know it is a pet friendly hotel.
Pros:

Room was nice and clean. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast.

Cons:

The bad: Someone left their dog alone in their room and it barked constantly for 1.5hrs. I tried calling the front desk three times with no answer.

The good: Front desk finally called back and said they would contact the guests with the dog. The owners arrived after a half an hour and the dog stopped barking.

Overall we endured the dog barking for over 2 hrs.

Overpriced for the room.
Pros:

The jetted tub was nice.

Cons:

The room was not very clean, mold on the shower floor, heating cooling system was malfunctioning, vent fan in the bathroom was non functional, parts of the room were dilapidated and in disrepair, there was a dog in the facility that barked all day and all night, bed was hard as rock.

It was expensive for a Best Western, but that's with everything in McCall

Not worth the price.
Pros:

Clean comfortable rooms. Friendly and helpful check-in lady.

BUT:

1. There is no restaurant nearby.
2. Internet does not work.
3. Free breakfast is vile.

Pros:

The offered pet rooms.

Cons:

right when we arrived in the room, we were greeted with this strong cleaning agent fume. We thought it would dissipate, but it didn’t. We opened the windows as far as we could, which was about 1/5. We could not sleep until 1 AM and we had to keep the windows open to keep the fumes out, but it was freezing cold.I called the staff to complain. He explained it was the cleaning agent used iin pet rooms and he offered another room but that it would be the same.

Pros:

We have been there multiple times and always enjoy our stay. The room was comfortable, with good space. We appreciate it being pet friendly. Love the hot tub and pool. The staff is always supportive. We’ll be back next year.
