Great. Would visit again.
Pros:

Comfortable accommodations. Great room. Friendly and accommodating. Employees.

Would have appreciated cold water available in lobby since outside temperature was soooo warm!

Facilities were clean and staff was really friendly.

Cons:

We traveled as a family and chose the breakfast option, but we were a bit disappointed because my wife has Celiac Disease and there weren't many options for her to eat. The potatoes, sausage, and eggs, when we asked, were described as “gluten-free,” but unfortunately, cross-contamination occurred, and when we tested for gluten with our gluten detector, it detected gluten. I hope more places will consider people with food allergies. Staff was really friendly, and the facilities were where I have no complaints about that.

We spent a few nights at the hotel and really enjoyed being able to enjoy our stay comfortably.
Pros:

The staff was very friendly even making us feel at home away from home. The fresh baked cookies and 24/7 pool access were a definite plus and distinctly different than other hotels.

Cons:

Maybe just a little more ventilation in the pool area...the chlorine burned our eyes even when not swimming. The extra bed did cost which was not an experience I had had before. Other than that it was great.

Comfortable beds, great breakfast
Pros:

The breakfast was so good. The pool was cold but the hot tub and sauna were awesome. The receptionist was very nice and gave us cookies when we arrived. She also recommended a great breakfast spot when we were leaving.

Pros:

This is the worst Best WEstern Plus I've ever stayed in. Still using plastic/paper/containers for room coffee/water/wine and ridiculously small plastic bottles for bathroom cosmetics such as lotions/body wash/shampoo/conditioner. Floor and carpets not very clean. Internet almost non existent except in lobby and parking lot. Breakfast possibilities are mostly unwholesome. Hot tub is excellent and large but rough concrete can destroy women's synthetic bathing suits. Sheets very thin and worn. Pillows of low quality.

We will not stay again because we now know it is a pet friendly hotel.
Pros:

Room was nice and clean. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast.

Cons:

The bad: Someone left their dog alone in their room and it barked constantly for 1.5hrs. I tried calling the front desk three times with no answer.

The good: Front desk finally called back and said they would contact the guests with the dog. The owners arrived after a half an hour and the dog stopped barking.

Overall we endured the dog barking for over 2 hrs.
