My 5 year old daughter found this pill during our stay. When brought to managements attention, she first said she “finds it hard to believe” and can only offer an apology and 20% off. First, that comment alone was unsettling. She explained why she said it and said it was near impossible with the way they made the beds so that leads me to believe THEY DIDNT EVEN CHANGE THE SHEETS FROM THE PREV GUEST 🤢🤢🤢 and instead of directing it that way, Marlene directed it at myself and my mother repeatedly saying it’s “hard to believe, near impossible, etc” 20% compensation is not enough when you put my KIDS LIVES AT RISK! AND WE SLEPT ON A DIRTY BED NOW KNOWING THAT!! I have a 2 year old who still puts things in her mouth, could this have been fentanyl or some other drug my 5 year old could’ve died just by touching it due to your hotels poor hygiene and 20% refund of my $390 two night stay (for a work trip that I stay here at least 4-5 times a year for at that) is unacceptable! The repeated disbelief angled toward US is unacceptable! I will no longer stay here and can’t recommend anybody else to do the same! Even if the whole housekeeping staff was fired and replaced, the way MARLENE handled this was unacceptable and no other compensation has been offered. I’ll be writing to corporate next. Please if you value customer service and your children, don’t stay here.
Your service (booking.com) I will never use y’all again. You advertised a jacuzzi tub in your picture and that’s why I paid for that king suite. Got there and it was just a king suite with no jacuzzi tub and the hotel couldn’t comp me or fix it because I paid though y’all. Sat on the phone with y’all for over an hour during my anniversary and yall gave me a $15 credit… ridiculous!

I booked a room with the jacuzzi as shown in the picture I booked and when I got to the room there was no personal jacuzzi. I wasn't really happy with that because I wanted to use it for recovery for after my marathon race, that's why I booked for that room so I would say false advertisement.
The staff was so friendly and helpful.
They should shampoo the carpets after every pet owner guest. The room was otherwise clean. But it didn't smell good.
