Servicio fenomenal e insuperable. Desayuno excelente.

La atención del personal es insuperable. La comida muy buena y exquisita.

Cons:

La llegada al hotel es un poco confusa, porque se confunde con el centro comercial que funciona en el edificio y si no se tiene la información termina ingresándose por el citado centro comercial y ese ingreso es laberíntico.

Good but not really on Ritz Carlton High Level.
Pros:

"My short stay at The Ritz-Carton Jakarta, Pacific Place was amazing. The hospitality was top notch.The best part of the stay was the Incredibly good staff with kindness and excellent breakfast. The Residences were excellently located next to a mall with dozens of excellent restaurants.
Staff superb and very spacious rooms.”

Cons:

During my stay, I had issues with air conditioning in my master bedroom and I had to transfer to another room on another floor,
and in the new room I had another issue with water temperature. Which made me feel a little bit uncomfortable.
For cleaning, please pay attention with under the bad. Dusty.
The sofa and the carpet needed to be shampoo. Smells. The towel is a little bit old and hard, needs to be replace with something new and needs an upgrade for the pillows.
For the 5 star, they didn’t provide any welcoming things as usual when I stayed at 5 stars.

Noise from outside(At check-in, I specifically requested a quiet room because I'm sensitive to noise. However, the room was extremely noisy at night due to the noise from outside. ) On the first day, I had difficulty finding the entrance to the hotel.
