Excellent location with large rooms that can accommodate families! Loved the 3 bedroom apartment that had a separate helper’s room. Breakfast was great with a semi buffet approach, staff were helpful especially the concierge team who were very helpful with coordinating deliveries for us. The rooms were comfortable with great beds and pillows. The only downside was the age of the rooms and the lack of usb charging ports, definitely something for management to consider installing.

My family and I of four, which includes a three and 5-year old, loved our 5 days at the Ritz Carlton Pacific Place. What sets itself apart are its service, location, and amenities.

The hotel has world-class service from the staff, including breakfast, front desk, concierge, spa, and pool. I’d like to thank Roch Fari from the spa and pool, who was extremely helpful and attentive.

This location cannot be beaten; few hotels in Jakarta can provide everything you need within Pacific Place Mall. It’s within steps of the Jakarta MRT to get around the city and Hutan Kota.

I will return in the future because my family loves the pool, and I especially love the amenities, such as the whirlpool, cold plunge, and steam room.

My short stay at The Ritz-Calrton Jakarta, Pacific Place was amazing. The hospitality was top notch and I have nothing to complain about. The best part of the stay was the incredible customer service they provided from the moment i step in the hotel to the very moment i took my leave. Superb stay and worth every money spent.

Location, staff services from the 1st till the last day of stays are superb. Housekeeping needs improvement in terms providing the necessity like towels and toilet papers etc. Breakfast selection is as expected.

After service hotel service is super good as the hotel make an effort to contact us via email on the items that we have left behind on purposed. 😂👍

Staffs are lovely. Parking area non dedicated to stay over guests, had to find available space far from hotel lobby (had to move the car to near lift after mall closed at night)

Bed and pillows are bad (really bad) hurt my back and neck (my wife's too)

Cleanliness are acceptable, not convenient though. No bar soap, no extra towel in the kitchen, outdated furniture. Decent TVs

Staffs are great

The apartments are a bit dated, but had everything needed. The location was very convenient for food shopping, restaurants and MRT and taxi transit. The front desk was very helpful at addressing any issues and supplying extra kitchen equipment (thank you Naomi!).

The apartment was comfortable and with a good setup.
The water dispenser was making too much noise and we had to disconnect it from the plug.
The bathrooms were not totally clean, and we found hairs from the previous resident.
The slippers supplied were used by the previous resident, and although this was a two bedroom apartment for 4 persons only 2 used set of slippers supplied.
The standard was not the same (was lower) than the Ritz Carton Hotels in London and Berlin where I often stay.
The button for the floor in one elevator was not working.
The mattress of the bed was of average to low quality.
Breakfast was ok, but nothing to talk about.
