Pros:

All the staff is very polite! I arrived very late and tired and they gave me a bigger room than the one I have paid. They also gave me free breakfast, which was delicious!

I’m excited to stay here when I’m in Rome.
Pros:

The property is clean,modern,affordable, and accommodating. Daniela, the concierge is an amazing resource and human being. She elevates the experience and went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed everyday of our stay.

Cons:

The staff in the main bar are a little off putting and rude and there were two instances where other guests brought it to their attention.

Hotel impeccabile: camere pulitissime, colazione eccellente e posizione comodissima, perfetta sia per raggiungere il centro che l’aeroporto di Fiumicino.

Ciò che rende però questo hotel davvero speciale è il suo staff. Fin dal nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti con un sorriso e fatti sentire come a casa. Un grazie di cuore ad Alessandro, che ci ha assistito con grande professionalità durante il check-in, e a Daniela, Guest Relationship Manager, sempre presente, disponibile e attenta ad ogni dettaglio.

La loro gentilezza, il loro calore e la sincera volontà di rendere il soggiorno il migliore possibile hanno fatto davvero la differenza. Hanno avuto tantissime attenzioni nei nostri confronti, facendoci sentire ospiti e non semplici clienti, e hanno reso la nostra ultima notte in Italia davvero speciale.

Un’esperienza che ricorderemo con piacere. Torneremo sicuramente e lo consigliamo a chiunque cerchi un hotel dove, oltre all’ottima struttura, si trovano persone che fanno il loro lavoro con passione e autentica ospitalità.

Nice stay if you don’t mind commuting to the sites
Pros:

Very clean. Staff really helpful. Rooms were nice. We received complimentary breakfast for all five of us which was a very nice surprise. Breakfast had decent options, we woke up late one day but they were kind enough to let us sneak in after the breakfast cut off time. Really loved the ambience of the hotel and it was really nice to come back to somewhere so nice after a long day out. The amenities and the overall vibe of the hotel made the journey bearable.

Cons:

A bit far out from the main city, not very walkable. Had a bus five mins away but unfortunately the strikes happened during our stay so it was delayed. They only give you one free/complementary bottle of water at the beginning of your stay per guest and any extra bottles were at a charge. If you’re paying that much i think it’s the bare minimum to top up the fridge daily, it was cheaper to buy a bottle of water from the supermarket instead. The bathroom had a translucent door which was weird as you can see the outline of the person on the toilet but it wasn’t a deal breaker. A good stay, only reason I would be put off booking again is it’s not in a conventient location to the main sites so you need a lot of planning when going out for the day as it’s not easy to pop back to the hotel to freshen up

Location was great, close to bus stops that will get you straight into town in less than 30mintues, close to restaurants
