La 5 stella è merito del personale che, gentilissimo dal check-in al check-out, mi ha fatto sentire importante. Struttura grande e spaziosa, camera fantastica per dimensioni e funzionalità. Mi hanno concesso upgrade ed ho trovato in camera frutta fresca e vino. Colazione completa e in grado di accontentare tutti; chicca che non vede ormai più: una macchina del caffè da bar con barista annesso!!!
Posizione strategica per i miei gusti, parcheggio compreso. Da ritornarci per le prossime volte. Complimenti a tutti.

Excellent stay! The location is very convenient, especially if you have a car, making it easy to explore Rome while avoiding the busy city center. What truly made this hotel stand out, however, was the staff. They are without a doubt the friendliest and most welcoming team I have encountered in any hotel during all my travels around the world. I wish I could mention every single member by name because they all deserve recognition, but unfortunately I don’t remember everyone. Their kindness and professionalism made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was also very good, with plenty of options to start the day. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rome.

Thank you for the stay. Overall, we had a good experience, but I would like to share some feedback that I hope will be taken into consideration.

First of all, the strongest point of the hotel is definitely the staff. Everyone was welcoming, helpful, and always smiling. It is clear that the management cares about hospitality, and the staff genuinely try to assist guests and make them feel comfortable. This was the best part of our stay.

The breakfast was also very good, especially compared to many other hotels in Italy, where breakfast is often simpler due to cultural differences. We really appreciated the quality and variety offered.

Bed was very comfortable and very good selection of pillows. Bed setup was absolutely excellent and comfortable and clean.

I liked that we were welcomed in a very friendly way by the staff. Mrs. Daniela was absolutely amazing in greeting us and making sure we were comfortable. We arrived in the late morning and we knew that the room would not be ready, so we thought we would go for a walk and return later. Nevertheless, mrs. Daniela made sure the room was ready quickly and meanwhile offered us a free breakfast and stored our luggage separately so we would not need to carry them around. Additionally, we received a wonderful and comfortable room and we even received fruit and wine in the room. That was a nice touch! Compliments also to the kitchen staff and the waiters who were making sure breakfasts were impeccable! Special praises also to mrs. Stella and her other colleagues for being so helpful and making such great caffe latte every morning! The hotel is big, but very quiet! Rooms were cleaned every day and towels were also changed on a daily basis. We felt very well and really enjoyed our stay! Next time we will be in Rome we will definitely come back! Grazie di tutto!
