Super, jederzeit wieder, super für den Städtetrip, der mit dem Buscalles gut und einfach erreichbar!
Pros:

Sehr netter Empfang, der junge Mann an der Rezeption, war überdurchschnittlich freundlich und hat sogar versucht deutsch zu sprechen. Sehr nett!!
Das Frühstück war inbegriffen, obwohl gar nicht gebucht.

Cons:

Der Speisesaal war sehr gross und laut.

Pros:

El hotel está muy bien en general: buen desayuno, cama cómoda y tanto las zonas comunes como las habitaciones muy limpias.

Además, quiero destacar al personal, en especial a Daniela, que tuvo un trato increíble y siempre mostró preocupación por que todo estuviera bien y por solucionar cualquier problema

At the break fast time, although it was holiday and breakfast should have served untill 11:00
At 9:15 i asked for one pancake
They told me it is finished
One of the staffs wanted to check with the cook
The others didn’t let him do that
I have been into a lot of hotels
This was so annoying
They should have served whatever it is on the menu until 11 am

Accoglienza straordinaria e soggiorno indimenticabile
Pros:

Soggiorno semplicemente perfetto, 10/10! Tutto è stato impeccabile: camera pulitissima, curata nei dettagli e molto confortevole; colazione eccellente, varia e di qualità.
Il vero valore aggiunto è stato lo staff: un grazie di cuore in particolare alla signora Daniela P. , che ci ha accolti con una gentilezza e un’attenzione davvero rare durante tutto il nostro soggiorno. Io, mio figlio e tutta la mia famiglia ci siamo sentiti coccolati come a casa.
Strutture così fanno davvero la differenza: tutti gli hotel dovrebbero prendere esempio! Se tornerò a Roma, non avrò dubbi su dove soggiornare. Consigliatissimo a chiunque, famiglie e aziende!

i would stay there again in cooler months only. would enquire about a stand alone shower.

restaurant. size of room, cleanliness of room. variety selection for breakfast.

Cons:

air-conditioning - lack of, breakfast - food not hot, no pamphlets for local surrounds. TV - only a news channel in English. when we landed we were late for our pick up. spoke to someone at the hotel regarding getting another lift, when i asked for her name so i could speak with her when we got to the hotel, she hung up! getting in & out of the bath to use the shower was tricky. did not really cater for older, not so agile people.
