I would return
Pros:

Its located on a perfect beach. Beautiful view. Public bus shuttle station that goes along the coast from paralimni to aya napa is located right in front of the hotel. Only 2€ a ride or 6€ for the whole day.
The staff are super friendly and helpful
You get a complimentry pool bag thats very useful
The breakfast is very generous and varried.

Cons:

Not enough sun tanning beds in front of the seaview. Each morning i get there the beds already have towels on them to mark them as taken.

Нам всё очень понравилось! В отеле царит атмосфера дружелюбия и отзывчивости, а обслуживание и кухня — просто на высшем уровне. Территория всегда чистая, бассейн отличный и ухоженный, а уборка в номерах — идеальная, пляж находится рядом.

Полезно знать :
1. ​У нас был полупонсион. На ужине официанты спрашивают, что вы желаете из напитков, а после заказа приносят чек, на котором нужно поставить подпись. Это стандартная система Room Charge — все расходы записываются на номер, а оплата происходит уже при выселении.
2. ​Пляж прямо возле отеля — муниципальный. Если вы хотите лежать на шезлонге и под зонтиком у самой воды, придется заплатить (3.5 евро за шезлонг и 3 евро за зонтик). Либо можно бесплатно отдыхать на шезлонгах на территории отеля и просто спускаться к морю — это занимает не более 2 минут.
3. ​Дно на ближнем пляже каменистое, это на любителя. Так как у нас был автомобиль, мы без проблем ездили на центральные песчаные пляжи, например, на Sunrise Beach — он очень большой и с отличным песчаным дном.

Nice place to be back
Pros:

Location, cleaning, services, rooms, quallity of drinks....the attention of the staff to solve all the problems that can appear.
Some of live entertainment programs.

Cons:

They need to make some changes on the combination of the food...salads, flavour, salt...we allready comunicate our opinion to the staff and they start to improve it.
The noise of the construction can be avoid with soft music durring the day.

Well what can we say again but a massive thank you to all staff at crystal springs beach hotel, it was our 3rd visit and definitely not our last, we celebrated our 24th wedding anniversary here with the great staff. Hotel fantastic, food unbelievable it’s sooooood good, drinks superb, location excellent. Rooms very comfy and clean. This is simply the best hotel to us in the world and we will definitely be back next year to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. Many thanks crystal springs for more happy memories and just keep doing what you are doing. SIMPLY THE BEST ❤️❤️❤️

Amazing hotel!
Pros:

The hotel is beautifully maintained, with stunning views and excellent facilities. Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax and enjoy our holiday.

What really made our stay special was the exceptional service. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help. Their attention to detail and warm hospitality created a welcoming atmosphere throughout our visit. We had the most relaxing massage by Simona, definitely recommend!
The food was varied, fresh, and of a very high standard, with plenty of options for all tastes. The pool areas were immaculate, and the overall environment was peaceful and relaxing.

We would highly recommend Crystal Springs Hotel to anyone looking for a memorable holiday and are already looking forward to returning in the future.

Tolles Hotel und Top Aufenthalt
Pros:

Die Anlage ist in einem schönen ruhigen Gegend umgeben, dennoch hat man alles was man braucht. Supermärkte, Restaurant alles in unmittelbarer Nähe erreichbar. Für Ruhesunde wie mich absolut empfehlenswert. Alle schönen Strände befinden sich teilweise in Reichweite des Hotels - erreichbar sowohl mit dem Auto als auch zu Fuß. Im Zimmer gab es ein Kleiderschrank, Safe, Kühlschrank, Klimaanlage. Auf dem Balkon gab es ein Wäscheaufhänger um Badesachen aufzuhängen. Das Hotel ist ideal geeignet für Familien mit Kindern oder auch Pärchen. Schöner gepflegter Garten mit ausreichend Sonnenliegen für jeden vorhanden. Poolhandtücher und Saunatücher werden ebenfalls vom Hotel bereitgestellt was ich super finde. Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer und im Gesamten Hotel ist wirklich hervorzuheben. Housekeeping wurde nicht nur einmal sondern gleich zwei mal am Tag durchgeführt -
Morgens und Abends. Freundliche Mitarbeiter mit stets einem lächeln im Gesicht. Vielen Dank an Andrej an seine herzliche Art und Dankeschön an die Dame an der Rezeption Yuliya. Als ich spätabends eincheckte, hatte Sie mir noch eine kleine Tüte mit Verpflegung aufs Zimmer mitgegeben. Nach dem Checkout um 12:00 Uhr, durfte ich mich noch im Hotel aufhalten und den Pool-/Meer nutzen.

Cons:

Da ich ausschließlich Frühstück gebucht hatte, war mir das Frühstücksbuffet in den 9 Tagen Aufenthalt zu langweilig. Es gab keine Abwechslung und wenig bis keine vegetarischen Gerichte. Ich hätte mir mehr Auswahl an herzhaften Sachen gewünscht. Wünschenswert wären auch mehr "hausgemachte" Gebäcke, Kuchen. Außerdem fehlte mir frisches Obst wie Wassermelone, Ananas etc. Die Zimmer waren im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels die ich bisher hatte etwas kleiner. Es ist schwierig im Zimmer sein koffer aufzumachen um sich bei Anreise-/Abreise einzuordnen. Leider war mein Zimmer direkt neben der Baustelle, dementsprechend hatte es frühmorgens schon mit dem Baulärm begonnen bis teilweise zur Mittagsstunde oder länger. Mit offener Balkontür konnte man wegen des Lärms daher nicht so gut schlafen. Allerdings hörte man nichts sobald man die Balkontür geschlossen hat. Die Sonnenliegen sind allerdings gegen einer geringen Gebühr von 3,50€ erhältlich,
da es sich um ein öffentliches Strand handelt und von der Stadt Zypern betrieben wird. Das Meer ist wunderschön und nicht überlaufen,

Amazing hotel
Pros:

We've just returned from an amazing holiday and couldn't have asked for a better stay. The hotel was fantastic, the food and drinks were excellent, and the staff were absolutely 10/10—they couldn't do enough for us and always went above and beyond to make our stay special.

We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday and would happily return in the future. Thank you for making our holiday so memorable!
