The location was perfect, a few minutes into town with a beautiful bay beach on the doorstep and superb facilities.
The rooms were clean and the housekeeping to perfection daily (and mirrors as all women would want them!)
Space in bathroom and stunning balcony view.
The hotels communal areas were very spacious and clean and tidy.
ALL staff were happy and welcoming. The amenities were as required and of high standard.
Food quality was above the standard experienced at other 5 star hotels we have stayed in.
Gym was good for a general workout. The pool never felt over crowded so was enjoyable.
We will definitely return to Crystal Springs.

Such a great hotel, the staff are soooo friendly and helpful nothing is too much trouble a real credit to the hotel, I’d put names but every one has been amazing. No queues at the bar or to get into dinner, waiter service round the pool.

The sushi is fresh and delicious. The drinks list is endless and the rooms cleaned every day.

The restaurant you can book wasn’t our favorite we would have preferred an Italian/Mediterranean.

The sea is so close and clear. We went on the Shirley Valentine boat which was so good. A fab holiday. Thank you

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained, while the staff were friendly, helpful and professional throughout our stay. The location was excellent, the facilities were clean and well maintained. The overall atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. We’ve just returned from Crystal Springs Hotel and could not recommend it enough, it’s one of the few holidays where I haven’t been ready to come home at the end of the holiday.
The hotel is spotless including the pool and the bar areas. A short walk down some steps takes you onto a sandy beach set in a beautiful cove where we swam every afternoon in the crystal clear sea.
Entertainment is very chilled and we enjoyed most of it, however a couple of the acts were not up to the standard we would expect for a hotel of this quality.
Although the buffet lacked the “wow factor” we have experienced with other hotels, the variety of food options were plentiful, including theme nights and everything we had was delicious.
What sets this hotel apart from others is the staff! Every member of staff we encountered were truly exceptional. They really couldn’t do enough for us and seemed to take genuine pride in making our stay as amazing as it was. There was also a constant management presence in every area ensuring everything was running smoothly and they actively sought feedback of all sorts.
In short, we had an amazing holiday and would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to family and friends. We will certainly be returning in the near future.

This is an amazing hotel as I don’t normally like all inclusive but this hotel certainly changed my mind. The staff go above and beyond what they have to do and are so friendly. There is nothing i would have changed about my stay as everything was perfect even the spa treatment was amazing. Thanks everyone your doing such a good job.

We stayed at Crystal Springs last October, it was our third visit. We were concerned when we booked about the new hotel being built next door, but it was fine, not too noisy. We love this place, it's very clean, comfortable, good food, beautiful beach and amazing staff. The people who work here are all so friendly and recognised us immediately, they really made us welcome, especially George, Erik and Katerina. There is another wing being built now, hopefully the place will still feel the same. We will definitely be back.

We had an amazing experience. Everything was top notch: service, food, cleanliness, amenities, pool, garden, proximity to the beach, the little gulf with crystal water and view of the fish, snorkeling and swimming, the hotel was also very close to the local bus stop which provided easy access to getting to other locations (e.g. Nissi beach, Larnaca). Congratulations for the excellent running of the hotel, we highly recommend it!

This was once again a wonderful stay at Crystal Springs Beach Hotel, and I am very happy to share my experience.
I have been returning to Crystal Springs for several years now, and this was already my fourth stay at the hotel. I have stayed here twice in previous years, once last year, and now again this year. The fact that I keep coming back says a lot about how much I appreciate this place.
What I especially value about Crystal Springs is the welcoming atmosphere, the beautiful location, the friendly and attentive staff, and the feeling that this is a place where I can truly relax and enjoy my holiday.
During my recent stay, everything once again felt comfortable and well organised. The team was kind, professional and always ready to help. I also really appreciate the fact that the hotel listens to its guests and genuinely cares about their experience.
For me, Crystal Springs is no longer simply a hotel I visit — it has become a place I am always happy to return to. Every time I plan a holiday in Cyprus, this hotel is one of my first choices.

From the moment we arrived back at Crystal Springs for our third visit, we knew we had made the right decision. Being greeted with a warm “Welcome home!” from Anastasia, the pool bar manager, and George’s lovely smile made us feel instantly at home.

All of the staff are absolutely amazing — so friendly, welcoming and attentive. There are far too many wonderful people to mention individually, but every single one of them helps make Crystal Springs such a special place.

The food is fantastic, plentiful and always something to look forward to. Everything about our stay felt like returning to paradise!
