Crystal springs hotel is amazing. Such kind staff and lovely food, drinks and facilities
Pros:

The staff were so welcoming. As soon as we arrived & always asking if we were happy and wanted anything. The room was nice and comfortable and a good size. Unfortunately there was building work beside which we heard in the morning, but we were warned about it beforehand. The food in all the restaurants was absolutely amazing and the all inclusive drinks were so good and not limited. We loved the sauna, gym and the massage was unbelievable. I would definitely stay again.

Cons:

The building work next door noise, but we were informed before we went. It wasn’t their fault.

Nice, clean room, beautiful sea view, 30 min yoga in the morning, good quality breakfast, sauna facilities are pleasant, big area around hotel, beach with blue water

Cons:

I didn't like when we check out at reception the lady was checking quite long time if we should pay for any extras and after 2 min she sent a security guy to ask me to come back. When I came back and the lady at reception asked if I ordered an orange juice at the pool bar, though I didn't order. It looked like the hotel does not have a proper system to control what guests are ordering and what they have to pay for. Doesn't look professional.

Pros:

We loved this hotel, the garden is really pretty and the beach is so nice with crystal clear water. The food is amazing and it varies day by day, the areas are clean all the time, and the staff is great, they work really hard to feel yourself comfortable. Literally everyone is so nice. The hotel is very family friendly. Best all inclusive experience ever! I would return anytime.

Pros:

The hotel food staff and drinks for all inclusive is excellent just 5 star. The staff are amazing. Got treated like king and queen for the week .

Прекрасний готель за ціною та якістю.
Pros:

Чудовий готель по усім параметрам.
Компактна доглянута територія, гарна морська лагуна, зручні лежаки на пляжі і коло басейну. Басейн в квітні підігрівається.
Номери сучасні, добре обладнані.
Кухня смачна, напої теж якісні.
Персонал завжди готовий допомогти і дарує лише позитивні емоції, коти теж добре працюють на своїх посадах.
Обов'язково повернемося.

Cons:

Поруч будується новий корпус, шум від будівництва мінімальний, враховуючи масштаб робіт.
Ліжка були окремі і моїй дівчині було важко спати на моїй половині як зазвичай, хоча це скоріше плюс 😁

Pros:

Breakfast was superb. Freshly baked breads every morning. A great variety of different things. Fresh orange juice as you wait, couldn’t have asked for better.
The heated pool was brilliant too, meant the children could go in and play all day even if the weather wasn’t too hot.
The beach the hotel is on is amazing too, calm and sheltered.
Staff went above and beyond to help and were very friendly.
