Mint a paradicsom.
Pros:

A szálloda legnagyobb értéke a gyönyörű környezet, a kifogástalan, gondozott kert, a tisztaság. A szobában találtuk strandtáskát, pezsgőt, gyümölcsöt, vizet. Tea, kávé, apró kekszek is voltak. A fürdőben papucs, köntös, piperecikkek. De elsősorban a személyzet végtelen kedvessége, figyelmessége, ami a szállodát felejthetetlenné teszi.

A hajszárító lehetett volna egy kicsit jobb.

Zeer positief verrast!
Pros:

Heel fijn hotel met prachtige tuin.
Het personeel was super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Zij hebben echt onze vakantie net dat beetje extra gegeven. Niks is hen te veel. Omdat iemand van ons reisgezelschap een voedsel allergie heeft kwam de kok aan tafel. En zocht hij elke dag ons op als we gingen eten om ons te informeren over wat wel en niet gegeten kon worden.
Je bent hier geen annonieme gast, het personeel laat je je echt thuis voelen. Alles wordt voor je geregeld. Badlakens, lunch pakket als je een dagje weg gaat en (schone) dekentjes op het terras als het in de avond fris wordt.

De kamers zijn heel netjes en vooral schoon. House keeping komt 2x per dag. Toen wij per ongeluk een glas hadden laten vallen en we dit melde bij de balie werd dit meteen opgeruimd maar werd ook meteen ons bed weer opgemaakt en de badkamer netjes gemaakt.

Het eten was lekker en gevarieerd. Ondanks de all inclusive heb je hier toch elke dag weer het gevoel dat je in een luxe restaurant zit.
Het hotel zit aan een prachtige baai waar je heerlijk kan zwemmen.

Er zijn werkzaamheden naast het hotel, je hoort daardoor soms wat bouw geluiden maar wij hebben hier geen last van gehad.

Er zijn goede busverbindingen met steden en bezienswaardigheden in de buurt.
TIP!! koop aan het begin van je vakantie een meerdagen ticket als je een aantal keren met de bus wil gaan. On een dagkaart als je maar 1 keer reist. Dit is goedkoper!

Wij zijn zeer positief verrast door dit hotel wat ons betreft zeker meer dan 4 sterren waard!

A must stay
Pros:

The staff went over and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible, they were great. The sea view was an added bonus and it was the perfect location to unwind and switch off. We can see why many people keep coming back.

I truly appreciated the warm and professional approach of the entire hotel team. The attention to detail, beautiful surroundings, lush gardens and greenery created a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere from the very first day.
The heated pool was a wonderful addition and made our stay even more comfortable. Crystal Springs Beach Hotel is a place where you can genuinely slow down, rest and feel taken care of.
