Rude front desk staff.
Cons:

On arrival the staff member was incredibly rude and unaccommodating, somehow the booking was missing my partners details. It was very expensive to add him in and he didn't even explain why. Then he told me no one was available to discuss with booking.com as its a weekend, for goodness sake in hospitality every day is a work day.

J’ai demandé le petit déjeuner
à emporter car nous partons à 5h30, nous n’avons pas de choix de choisir notre petit déjeuner même pas un yaourt pour un enfant de 4ans c’est inadmissible
Les petits déjeuner préparés par l’hôtel sont partis à la poubelle car dégoûtant
Le cocktail offert par l’hôtel de 5 étoiles servi dans un verre plastique , horrible
Ça ne nous fait plus envie de retourner pour prendre un verre le soir au bar
Un employé m’a bousculé avec les coups de bras 2 fois, c’est du jamais vu

Worth to stay
Pros:

Everything. The location very central (near big mall etc). Hotel is clean and the gym is very big (one of the best gym for hotel).
