It was a comfortable stay
Pros:

Good location with luxury shopping around the area and in close proximity to the main shops and spots in District 1.

Cons:

Facilities were good however a bit dated especially the pool area and rooms.

これが五つ星ホテルか❓絶対に違う❗️
Pros:

ロケーションがとても良かった。ホーチミン中心部（1区）のグエンフエ通りの歩行者エリアにあり、主要観光地の多くが徒歩圏にあって、早朝の散歩に良かった。
ベトナム航空の帰国便のウェブチェックインがベトナム語になってしまい、ホテルのコンジョルジュに教えてもらいに行ったら丁寧に対応してくれた。

Cons:

歴史のある五つ星ホテルだが、設備全体として古さがあった。
プレミアム キングルーム(シングルベッド2台)にエクストラベッド1台を追加した3人部屋で予約していたが、チェックイン時にベッドはダブルかシングルか聞かれ上に、部屋に入ってもエクストラベッドは用意されておらず、何のための予約か❓これが五つ星ホテルか。
宿泊単価は先に泊まったフエの五つ星ホテルの約2倍なのに、部屋は1st floor(日本で言う2階)で外向きの窓が無く、汚い中庭❓向きの窓しか無かった。お得感などは全く無かった。

Pros:

The hotel is in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City. It is surrounded by designer shops, restaurants, entertainment and train stations for access to everything. The area is lively and safe. You will see people taking pictures.. it's just a place to marvel and say I went and I stayed here

Convenient location in a well maintained historic hotel.
Pros:

Executive room is bright and spacious. Huge window looking out to the boulevard. Old property that is well maintained. Automated black curtains ; lighting control worked.

Cons:

The room had a mild musty smell and smell from the drain pipes near the bathroom. I used my air freshener. The night light only under 1 side table but not the other.

It is a wonderful living piece of history.
Pros:

Loved the older character building, especially the dining room, the pool area, and the rooftop garden bar. Live piano in the lounge.
We had three rooms for 3 generations and no complaints. The children had a ball at breakfast times.the location is brilliant for the places we walked to. The furnishings in the rooms and throughout the hotel were very suited to the building.

Booking anomaly, after paying for two rooms for my 16 year old and larger bed suite for me and husband. The age selection had defaulted to under 1, which didn't make sense! They then charged me an extra person rate, even though I had clearly paid for two rooms! They were unwavering, and regretfully a poor outcome and expensive two nights. Breakfast basic, and nothing special. Very busy restaurant area. East Wing is very dated. The hotel is very large, like a maze. I would not stay again, and better to opt for a smaller boutique style hotel, where you receive a personal friendly service, and don't pay way over the amount!
